Hello to all my dear readers❣️, I wish you are well today.
On this occasion I would like to share my experience traveling by bicycle from Maracay (Ciudad Jardín🌻, located in the state of Aragua📍, to the center-north of the country, in the central region), to the state of Guarico (Ciudad San Juan de Los Morros🙏📿, located in the center of the country🇻🇪, in the region of the plains🗺️), throughout the post I will be sharing the anecdotes and learnings that that trip left in me, as well as historical data of the area in which we travel and beautiful unique photographs taken by me.
I hope you enjoy it. Greetings and a hug, in advance thank you for being here.

This trip was made on October 9, 2021🔙📆, with the intention of spending a different day and enjoying physical training the distance between state and state gave us.
I remember that day I got up early and went to the house of my cyclist friend Alfredo, so I could leave from there to our group adventure. 🛣️.
From the tapatapa toll we move to the other end of the city, the obelisk of San Jacinto, where we would then go to Turmero, Cagua and the Villa (all this located in the limits of the state🗺️)
That day my friend Alfredo lent me his classic route bike to move me to San Juan, since my bike had a technical problem that we noticed at the last moment🕒.
Agradecida con el detalle fui feliz durante el camino a una buena velocidad, nos encontramos con la entrada de Cagua;
Grateful for the detail I was happy on the way at a good speed, we found the entrance of Cagua;
By this point we had already traveled 31 kilometers from my house and many more were waiting for us, since the total round trip gave a distance of 174 kilometers🚲.
A curious fact about the city of Cagua is that it is the city with the largest industrial park in the center of the country, the second in the state of Aragua and we notice that when passing through the multiple companies🏭 and sales🏪 that are located in it.
Another thing that is within the history of the city and its territory is that in it is located the so-called "Cerro el Empalao⛰️", which owes its name to the colonial times where the Spaniards Impaled the natives at the tip of the hill to frighten the rest of the population😨.
What a chilling fact, right?😥. But hey, it's part of its story, it's quite true that nothing is the same again when you really know its meaning.
Luego de salir del territorio Aragueño tras pasar Cagua y La villa o mejor conocida como Villa de Cura, nos encontramos con la carretera vieja del estado Guarico;
After leaving the Aragueño territory after passing Cagua and La Villa or better known as Villa de Cura, we find the old road of the state Guarico;
Where we met cute animals on the banks of the road🛣️, among those seen by me were horses🐎, goats🐐 and cows🐄.
Unfortunately our tour took an unexpected turn as we were bumpy halfway through🔧⚙️🧰
But not by much to tell the truth since we had enough tools to solve the inconvenience that arose on the road (there is the importance of traveling with the tools and spare parts of the bicycle, because there is always that possibility of being stranded🤕)
Within the group that accompanied us on this adventure were several people who had not known this route by bicycle, and it was nice for me to be able to guide them on the way
Since I had already made a first expedition that year📆 in the company of my friend Alfredo, who was also one of the guides of the wheel.
Really nothing compares to the excitement of the first experience, it is something very beautiful and I liked being part of it for my colleagues who were starting out in this bike trip🚴♀️🗺️🚴.
After several kilometers began to show the well-known hills of San Juan 📸⬆️⛰️ which are little known by their scientific name which is "The Natural Monument Dr. Aristides Rojas", which are nothing more than a system of limestone rock formed by the deposition of marine sediments. This formation was declared a Natural Monument in 1949📜.
📍🚴♀️🏞️🚣♀️🤕🔧⚙️🧰🚴🐎⛰️🏭🛣️📆📜🚲
This is just a little of its history and the beginning of our adventure full of history and learning, soon you will see everything that happened after our arrival in the state and to our final destination (El Balneario El Catrero🚣🏞️📍 ).
I hope you liked this little teaser and learned something new today, that from this you will take away the adventurous curiosity to wonder why things and can find out and investigate all the little stories that fill your surroundings.
