Hi everyone! hope you are well! sorry I have been so lost around here, but well you know, when you are an adult you have several obligations and also that I have been studying a lot of English to be able to communicate in Poland easier and I decided that later I would continue studying Polish language, but in a free time on the weekend Pawel and I went to a small but beautiful town in Poland called Wisła and I came to show them.
Realmente fue un viaje improvisado, a altas horas de las noches mientras todavía seguíamos despiertos decidimos que iríamos a este lugar y entonces compramos boletos para el tren de las 7: 12 am, así que solo dormimos unas pocas horas y nos levantamos para preparar algo para comer e irnos rápido a la estación de tren.
It was really an impromptu trip, late at night while we were still awake we decided that we would go to this place and then we bought tickets for the 7:12 am train, so we only slept a few hours and got up to prepare something to eat and go quickly to the train station.
Nuestro tren se retrasó 10 minutos y tardamos aproximadamente 2 horas en llegar allí desde Sosnowiec, la verdad es que el paseo estuvo bastante bien, y la vista desde la ventana era muy hermosa, incluso vimos unos lindos ciervos. Finalmente llegamos a Wisła y la nieve la hacía ver tan hermosa.
Our train was 10 minutes late and it took us about 2 hours to get there from Sosnowiec, actually the ride was quite nice, and the view from the window was very beautiful, we even saw some nice deer. Finally we arrived at Wisła and the snow made it look so beautiful.
Estaba haciendo mucho frío aquí y la verdad es que este invierno no nos preparamos muy bien con la ropa de invierno pero para el próximo esperamos hacerlo porque este día sufrímos mucho con el frío, incluso en los techos de las casas colgaba hielo y yo solo estaba con ganas de tomar uno y comerlo jajaja (creo que no soy la única que ha pensado esto) pero claro que no lo hice.
It was getting very cold here and the truth is that this winter we did not prepare very well with winter clothes but for the next one we hope to do it because this day we suffered a lot with the cold, even on the roofs of the houses hung ice and I was just wanting to take one and eat it hahaha (I think I'm not the only one who has thought this) but of course I did not do it.
Estabamos paseando por el centro mientras pensabamos que haríamos y la verdad fue muy interesante estar aquí porque hay muchas cosas para ver, como algunas tiendas, algunas atracciones para niños y algunos containers de comida, aunque muchos lugares estaban cerrados pues todavía era muy temprano.
We were walking around the center while we were thinking about what to do and it was really interesting to be here because there are many things to see, like some stores, some attractions for children and some food containers, although many places were closed because it was still very early.
Y no solo eso, también caminar aquí con todo el lugar lleno de nieve, me hacía sentir en un hermoso cuento de navidad y es que solamente miren las fotos e imaginen como me sentía tan feliz.
And not only that, but walking here with the whole place full of snow, made me feel like I was in a beautiful Christmas story and just look at the pictures and imagine how happy I felt.
Abajo pueden vernos a nosotros muertos del frío jajaja, y como ven estabamos cruzando un pequeño puente con una vista hermosa, el agua del río estaba congelada también, nosotros solo continuamos conociendo y pensando que más hacer aquí.
Below you can see us dead from the cold hahaha, and as you can see we were crossing a small bridge with a beautiful view, the water of the river was frozen too, we just continued getting to know each other and thinking what else to do here.
Ah también vimos un teatro que tiene algunas estatuas muy divertidas.
Oh we also saw a theater that has some very funny statues.
Ahora decidimos buscar un lugar para tomar alguna bebida caliente, finalmente encontramos uno y allí ordenamos un chocolate para mí y por supuesto Pawel como buen polaco ordenó una cerveza caliente, aunque yo también la probé para darme cuenta si estaba deliciosa y sí, realmente lo estaba.
Now we decided to look for a place to have some hot drink, finally we found one and there we ordered a chocolate for me and of course Pawel as a good Pole ordered a hot beer, although I also tasted it to realize if it was delicious and yes, it really was.
Luego de varios minutos y de pasear por todo el centro decidimos volver a casa porque realmente teníamos mucho frío y también fue mala idea haber ido sin descansar lo suficiente porque estabamos muy cansados, así que compramos boletos para el próximo tren pero como faltaba mucho tiempo pues fuimos a un bar para conversar y tomar otra cerveza pero esta vez fría.
After several minutes of walking around the center we decided to go back home because we were really cold and it was also a bad idea to have gone without enough rest because we were very tired, so we bought tickets for the next train but as there was still a lot of time left we went to a bar to talk and drink another beer but this time cold.
En Wisła no hay muchas opciones para hacer, solo vimos el teleférico de montaña pero con tanto frío nos parecía una mala idea subir allí, también podiamos tomar un autobus a otras dos ciudades que ya les mostré antes en mi blog (Ustrón y Cieszyn) así que por esa razón también es que decidimos volver a casa pero quedamos felices de haber conocido este lindo lugar.
In Wisła there are not many options to do, we only saw the mountain cable car but with so much cold it seemed like a bad idea to go up there, we could also take a bus to two other cities that I showed you before in my blog (Ustrón and Cieszyn) so for that reason also is that we decided to go back home but we were happy to have known this nice place.
En la foto de arriba pueden ver un hermoso hotel, nosotros solo ibamos camino a la parada de tren para volver a Sosnowiec y el regreso estuvo bastante bien también. Por cierto, no les conté pero finalmente conocí la nieve y fue muy hermoso los primeros días, ahora ya quiero que pare jajaja.
In the picture above you can see a beautiful hotel, we were just on our way to the train stop to go back to Sosnowiec and the return was pretty good too. By the way, I didn't tell you but I finally met the snow and it was very beautiful the first days, now I want it to stop hahaha.
Eso fue todo nuestro paseo por el centro de Wisła, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mí aunque haya sido un corto paseo pero fue lindo. Nos vemos en un próximo post, y finalmente les dejo una foto desde nuestra vista en el tren viendo los hermosos árboles llenos de nieve. Saludos!

Wow qué fotos tan impresionantes, es un paisaje tan diferente a lo que uno suele estar acostumbrado a ver. Tanto blanco y tanto frio jajaja me causó mucho interés la fotografía del hielo en el borde del tejado de verdad que uno se queda totalmente sorprendido.
Tienes mucha razón cuando dices que las imágenes recuerdan a un cuento de navidad, tal cual, para postales la foto de ese carrusel por ejemplo.
Oye no sabía yo lo de la cerveza caliente, qué curioso no me lo imagino. Entiendo que con el frio es perfecta pero debe ser más fuerte de lo normal ¿no? xD ¡tengo que probarla!
Sí amiga es realmente impresionante. El hielo en el tejado también fue interesante para mí y tenía que fotografiarlo. La foto del carrusel es mi favorita! Yo tampoco sabía lo de la cerveza caliente hasta que llegué aquí, aunque realmente la prefiero fría, pero no está mal y pues para mí no es más fuerte, solo es dulce quizá. Saludos!
