The exact location of this place is in the midst of the Sitio Linangga and it is quitely very far from the urban areas just like markets and crowded National Road. From Barangay Poblacion, it takes a few minutes of travel before we reach this place. Sitio linangga is near at Obedencios Farm and Freedom SMS tower located in Zone 19 Poblacion Manticao, Misamis Oriental. It needs to cross the river and walk in the hiking trail for a few hours. This place is also serve as the boundary point between Barangay Paniangan and Barangay Poblacion and there are only few houses built in this Sitio.
The first great sceneries I captured was this Big manggo tree and banana plants grows in the mountain slopes areas. I was very amazed of this tree because it bares more flowers and it indicates that it will produce more fruits soon. This is a kind of an old manggo tree and it still produces fruits until today. The second one is the vast banana plants in the mountain slopes. This is one of the primary source of income on some people here, this place is perfect for any kinds of crops because of the fertile soil.
This was once a corn field areas but as many years has pass, this place was totally abandoned and covered with wild grass. The grass turns into brown color because of the intense heat happen here in our place. There have lots of corns planted here that time, but now it is already covered with grass and other kinds of trees.
Some kinds of trees just like this are also here in the place. It is very important not to cut tree so that the areas will still cool and fresh because of the shady areas brought by this big trees. The first picture is what we called, Karot tree while the second one is the Bagtangali tree. All of this will grows, takler6, bigger and widers for many years. There are lots of birds flying around here tweeting and some of it are building its nest.
This is also an abandoned road made by the Government here, because of the big projects called Rural Electrification program, they can't brought their materials here very easily because of the difficult road trail, that is why they scrapped this areas so that their heavy equipment can pass through here. But as their project was finished, this place was already abandoned and covered with wild grass.
Some of the trees are already loosed its leaves in the branches and falled down to the ground. The example of it are this, we called this tree Kamil and it is perfect as box making. The leaves of this tree are completely vanished, this is normal every summer and it will grow back when rainy season came.
This tree is what we called, Salimbonot and there are lots of animals like birds living in here. It keeps the place cool and fresh because of of its shady areas and the dry branches if this tree is good for firewood. Also the leaves of this tree are completely falled to ground and it will grow again when rainy season came.
This is the Bandera Mountain, the highest mountain here near at Barangay Poblacion. It consists of four Hills and and good for pasturing more animals like cows. Last event, they held the mountain bike race on the hill. Truly this landscape are very fascinating to see.
Pineapple fruits are perfect in summer, this place contains lots of pineapple plants and some of it are already produced fruits just like this one. I was very amazed of this because there are lots of pineapple plants can be seen in the place and tried to search a ripe one but all of the fruits is not yet harvest. I was having a lot of enjoyable time traveling in this place, this very perfect for mountain adventure.
