Cool way to decorate a construction site, few works of Street Art and then it's more welcoming.
We have old silos too in Montreal, it's been more than 10 years that there're studies to know what to convert them into, museum, condo, hotel... It talks a lot but nothing. Sad.

I think so too. And in the mean time we have an outdoor galery that changes all the time. In a way a grey looking, abanoned silo isn't anything to look at, they still tell a story of a by-gone time. Part of the history. I think 10 years, as in your case, is way to long to decide what to do... In Oslo I have seen silo converted into flats, but because of the shape I did wonder how the place the furniture.... :)
