Hello friends, my vacations in the city of Mar del Plata ended, and when we were in the car and returning we remember going through one last place: the Port of Mar del Plata. So in this post I will show you a little of what can be found there.
Hola amigos, mis vaciones en la ciudad de mar del plata acabaron, y cuando estabamos en el auto ya regresando recordamos pasar por un ultimo lugar: el Puerto de Mar del Plata. Así que en éste post les mostraré un poco de lo que pueden encontrarse allí.
On the way to the port you will find many locals selling fish and seafood, junk food, Mar del Plata alfajores and souvenirs from the city. It is a walk of approximately 200 meters
Camino hacia el puerto encontraras muchos locales vendiendo pescados y mariscos, comida chatarra, alfajores marplatenses y recuerdos de la ciudad. Es un paseo de aproximadamente 200 metros
When you get to the port area you will see an altar with a flag for the victims of the Ara San Juan submarine. Throughout the city you can find altars and memories, it was a tragedy that occurred in 2017, a submarine was patrolling the Argentine seas when it lost contact with 44 crew members on board. Cuando llegas a la zona portuaria veras un altar con una bandera para las victimas del submarino Ara San Juan. En toda la ciudad podras encontrar altares y recuerdos, fue una tragedia ocurrida en el año 2017, un submarino estaba patrullando los mares argentinos cuando perdió contacto con 44 tripulantes a bordo. ARA San Juan
Near the port there is a reserve of wild marine animals, and they stroll and take naps on the port. They are everywhere, and you should not approach or feed them. It is one more attraction of the port, to me particularly their faces seem very cute haha and I can not believe that there are animals with their characteristics!
Cerca del puerto se encuentra una reserva de animales marinos silvestres, y ellos se pasean y duermen sus siestas sobre el puerto. Estan por todos lados, y no debes acercarte ni alimentarlos. Es una atraccion mas del puerto, a mi particularmente sus caritas me parecen muy tiernas jaja y no puedo creer que existan animales con sus caracteristicas!
This sea lion was very particular because he was away from his companions, and he was in front of people "posing" for the photos haha look how beautiful he is!
Éste lobito marino era muy particular porque se encontraba alejado de sus compañeros, y estaba frente a las personas "posando" para las fotos jaja miren que hermoso que es!
Meanwhile his classmates were taking one of their few naps, you can see how close we were to them, it's a bit scary especially when they yawn and you can see their fierce teeth ...
Mientras tanto sus compañeros tomaban una de sus cuantas siestas, puedes ver que tan cerca estabamos de ellos, da un poco de miedo especialmente cuando bostezan y puedes ver sus feroces dientes....

While this whole animal show was going on another show was going on. An older man was with an accordion singing in Italian in front of the Ara San Juan monument and singing to a virgin. I listened a little but I didn't understand anything, I would have liked to ask him what his singing was about, but we should go now.

Mientras todo éste show animal ocurria otro show estaba sucediendo. Un hombre mayor estaba con un acordeon cantando en italiano frente al monumento del Ara San Juan y cantandole a una virgen. Escuché un poco pero no entendí nada, me hubiese gustado preguntarle sobre que trataba su canto, pero ya debiamos irnos.
