Hello, fellow travelers, how are you doing?

These days, I'm feeling super fit, so yesterday, even though the weather wasn't the best, I decided, along with my dear colleagues since we had Easter holidays, to go for a nice bike ride.

I've already shared a few posts about some rides I did a while ago, so by now, I think you know very well that I have this passion for cycling, which I actually had since I was a child, but then due to work-related issues, I had let go of it several times.

In the past year, even after the COVID period, I decided to pick up this hobby again, and in fact, I would also like to bike around Europe. But to do this, it takes a lot of time, and unfortunately, due to work, it's not possible.

So, as I was saying, yesterday with my colleagues, we decided to ride a section of the bike path that practically goes from Treviso to the sea, along the Sile River, a very important river for the city of Treviso, but where several bike paths have been created along its banks.

I shared some photos that I took during this ride, to take you a bit virtually with me, and I hope you liked them.

Of course, I used a gravel bike, one of those bikes that are quite trendy now, which is a mix between a mountain bike and a road bike. It gives you the possibility to ride on road surfaces where there is asphalt, but also on rougher terrains with mud and gravel.

In fact, due to the fact that it had been raining in the days before, the roads were really muddy. You can see in some photos that the bike was quite dirty because of the mud, and it was really hard to pedal.

But all in all, when you have the passion, when you have the desire to keep going, at least I never give up with the bike, and that's the beautiful thing when you love doing something.

I hope you enjoyed my photographic story, and in some way, I have transmitted to you the passion I have for cycling. It was quite a tiring ride, about fifty kilometers, but unfortunately, we didn't make it to the sea because it started raining, so we turned back. Anyway, I wish you all a good day, and see you next time.
