Hello fellow travelers of this community,
how are you? I hope everything is going well. I would like to share with you some photos I took yesterday. I had a day off from work because unfortunately there isn't much work lately, so I decided to take advantage of this day off to take a trip to a place I really love, and of which I shared some photos here in the community some time ago.
I'm talking about the beautiful Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy and above all the most popular tourist destination. Yesterday, in particular, I wanted to go see what the tourist situation was like because someone told me that there's a bit of a crisis and especially few German tourists can be seen. However, I actually found many tourists, including many English ones.
I chose to go to Bardolino because at this time of year in this important town on Lake Garda, there's the blooming of tulips, a trend that has become very popular in Italy. Actually, Bardolino has been doing this for several years now, and they basically decorate the flowerbeds along the lakeside with these beautiful tulips. And I must say that I go there every year because I don't want to miss this spectacle. Also, because I've noticed that it still attracts many people, not only Italians but also many tourists. So, the administration is really doing well to propose it again every year because it beautifies and makes the lakeside even more beautiful, even though unfortunately, as you can see from the photos, it wasn't a beautiful day, and I'm very upset because the forecasts had promised sunshine but instead, there were even a few raindrops.
Anyway, even though the weather ruined Easter, I noticed that the campsites are already quite full - no tourism crisis there!
As usual, it was a beautiful, relaxing walk. It's always nice to go there, but not on weekends because it's too crowded. I also took the opportunity to do some shopping because there are some beautiful shops here. In fact, I bought a shirt that I had been looking for for a long time and found it right here.
I must say that going to the lake is not tiring at all, and every time it gives you new emotions.
