Para los que vivimos en el oriente del país, ir a la playa es uno de los paseos más anhelados. En mi caso particular, ir a la playa en fin de semana es mi plan favorito de todos. Sin embargo, a pesar de vivir en un estado oriental, no contamos con la dicha de tener playas en nuestro territorio, razón por la cual para visitar el mar debemos trasladarnos a alguno de nuestros estados vecinos como lo son Sucre y Anzoátegui.
For those of us who live in the eastern part of the country, going to the beach is one of the most desired trips. In my particular case, going to the beach on weekends is my favorite plan of all. However, despite living in an eastern state, we do not have the joy of having beaches in our territory, which is why to visit the sea we must move to one of our neighboring states such as Sucre and Anzoátegui.
En ambos estados existen una gran variedad de playas maravillosas, así que no tengo preferencia marcada por ninguno de los dos estados, todo depende del plan y de las actividades que tenga planeadas para ese paseo. Sucre es ideal para un plan de 100% naturaleza, hay muchas islas y mucha vegetación en el camino, muchos lugares naturales para visitar.
Anzoátegui, por su parte, nos ofrece variedad, se puede ir a la playa, pero también de paseo a los centros comerciales y lugares en tendencia para pasear, comer y disfrutar de un buen ambiente nocturno.
In both states there are a great variety of wonderful beaches, so I have no preference for either state, it all depends on the plan and the activities you have planned for that trip. Sucre is ideal for a 100% nature plan, there are many islands and lots of vegetation along the way, many natural places to visit.
Anzoátegui, on the other hand, offers variety, you can go to the beach, but also to the malls and trendy places to walk, eat and enjoy a good nightlife.
En esta ocasión les comparto mi más reciente viaje al estado Anzoátegui, específicamente a las ciudades de Puerto la Cruz y lechería.
Puerto la cruz es una ciudad muy movida por su entorno comercial, por sus playas y por ser puerto para desde allí viajar a las pequeñas islas del oriente del país. Son muchas las veces que he visitado esta ciudad y guardo bonitos recuerdos de ella.
Por otro lado, Lechería es una ciudad que ha cobrado relevancia en los últimos años por ser una ciudad muy cosmopolita y por ser una de las ciudades con más destinos gastronómicos del oriente del país.
This time I share with you my most recent trip to the state of Anzoátegui, specifically to the cities of Puerto la Cruz and lechería.
Puerto la Cruz is a very busy city because of its commercial environment, its beaches and for being a port from where you can travel to the small islands in the east of the country. I have visited this city many times and I keep beautiful memories of it.
On the other hand, Lechería is a city that has gained relevance in recent years for being a very cosmopolitan city and for being one of the cities with more gastronomic destinations in the east of the country.
Tras regresar al país después de vivir cuatro años fuera, lo primero que anhelaba era visitar el mar, es por ello que este viaje fue muy significativo y hermoso.
Al visitar Lechería pude ver con grato asombro una ciudad muy bien cuidada, una ciudad que irradia desarrollo y que dan ganas de quedarse y seguir conociendo lugares, no obstante, mi viaje fue solo de un fin de semana, el cual se hizo muy corto para tantas cosas que visitar.
After returning to the country after living four years abroad, the first thing I longed for was to visit the sea, which is why this trip was very meaningful and beautiful.
When I visited Lechería, I was pleasantly surprised to see a very well kept city, a city that radiates development and makes you want to stay and continue visiting places, however, my trip was only for a weekend, which was too short for so many things to visit.
Después de tres horas de viaje, lo primero que se tiene que hacer es ir a comer el mejor pescado frito de la ciudad en un ambiente super agradable y relajado con el mar como background. Venir a Lechería y no comer pescado frito es inaceptable, ya que hay muchos lugares cerca del mar donde poder degustar las maravillas del mar.
After three hours of travel, the first thing to do is to go eat the best fried fish in town in a super nice and relaxed atmosphere with the sea as background. Coming to Lechería and not eating fried fish is unacceptable, as there are many places near the sea where you can taste the wonders of the sea.
En lechería también hay varios Bulevares cerca de la playa donde se pueden dar hermosos y relajados paseos, el más popular es el Bulevar de Playa Lido. Al inicio del Bulevar nos encontramos con la hermosa imagen de la Virgen del valle, patrona de todo el oriente venezolano, también podemos observar enormes y hermosos edificios residenciales con grandes balcones ideales para desde allí apreciar el mar.
In lecheria there are also several boulevards near the beach where you can take beautiful and relaxing walks, the most popular is the Lido Beach Boulevard. At the beginning of the boulevard we find the beautiful image of the Virgin of the valley, patron saint of all eastern Venezuela, we can also see huge and beautiful residential buildings with large balconies ideal for appreciating the sea.
Nuestra primera noche en la ciudad de Lechería la pasamos en el conjunto residencial Villasol Suites, un sitio muy bonito y acogedor. Está conformado por una serie de town houses muy cómodos e ideales para vacacionar. Este condominio está ubicado tan cerca del mar que se pueden escuchar el sonido de las olas en las habitaciones. Otro punto favorable es que cuenta con una piscina interna para los vacacionistas.
Este primer día en Lechería fue realmente increíble, pero aún hay muchos más lugares por conocer es esta maravillosa ciudad.

Our first night in the city of Lechería was spent in the residential complex Villasol Suites, a very nice and cozy place. It is made up of a series of town houses that are very comfortable and ideal for vacationing. This condominium is located so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves in the rooms. Another favorable point is that it has an indoor swimming pool for vacationers.
This first day in Lecheria was really amazing, but there are still many more places to visit in this wonderful city.
