Hello everyone! Long time no see everyone, how are you these days? After a long time of being affected by the covid epidemic, I have started to return to my daily work. As a tour guide, I am very happy to see that things are getting better day by day. In the article introducing my tourist destination today, Khoa wants to share with everyone one of the busiest markets in Da Nang city. This market is one of the markets that attract many foreign tourists on every occasion visiting Da Nang city. Today's market that I want to introduce is a Han market, this is a market located in the heart of Da Nang city centre and next to the romantic Han river. Da Nang Han Market has the oldest history of all the markets of Da Nang city. In this article, Khoa will introduce to everyone inside this bustling market.
Han Market is a market located in the heart of Da Nang city centre, located in Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau district. Han Market is located on 4 routes, namely Bach Dang, Tran Phu, Nguyen Thai Hoc, and Hung Vuong. The main gate of the Han market is located on Tran Phu street and the side gate of the market is located on Bach Dang street, adjacent to the Han river. This market consists of two floors, inside is a place to focus on trading essential daily items of people, besides, this place is also a place to trade specialities of Da Nang city. Because of this, the Han market is a favourite destination for many tourists. Stepping inside the market area are stalls selling items such as confectionery, coffee, and dry foods such as dried squid, and dried fish. There is a special thing that I would like to introduce in today's article is at the store at lot 48, called Mui shop, this is my wife's shop. There are many items sold here at affordable prices. If one day you come here, you can support her.
Located behind a row of confectionery shops is a place to sell delicious specialities such as Mi Quang, Pho, Banh Canh, and other special dishes. In addition, this place also sells items such as fish sauce, along with spices in the dish. If you travel to Vietnam, you will surely know about fish sauce, this is one of the indispensable sauces in many Vietnamese dishes, there are many different types of fish sauce. Although the fish sauce is very difficult to eat for those who enjoy it for the first time, once you have eaten it, you will love this sauce.
The second floor of the Han market is a place to sell items such as clothes, shoes and bags, the items here are very diverse for you to choose from, with affordable prices. Among the main products here must be mentioned, is the shops selling Vietnamese ao dai. This is one of the traditional costumes of the Vietnamese people. Visitors can buy Ao Dai fabric and order it at the back area of the shops here. If you order ao dai at this place, you can get it in a day at a not too high priced, but it will fit your size compared to buying ready-made ao dai. Don't go from the second floor of the market, people can see the surrounding of this market, this is the time before the covid epidemic, so tourists visiting this place are quite crowded. In Danang tours, everyone will visit this market on the journey to discover Da Nang city. When shopping at the shops in the market here, you should pay the price for the items here. Most of the shops here will sell at a discount and this is one of the interesting things about going to the market in Vietnam. You will be quite surprised when the prices offered by the shop owners here are very different from the original price.
The outside of the Han market is a place to sell souvenirs, from products such as conical hats, along with bags made of lovely sedge mat material. In addition, the outside of the market are shops selling jewellery and a foreign currency exchange point for visitors. Vietnam's roads are quite complicated, so be careful when walking along the roads here. If you come to Da Nang city for tourism in the future, you should not ignore this market, which will help you get interesting experiences when you arrive in Da Nang city.
