I still have a lot to show you of magical Merida, on this day at about 8:30am my sister and I were in search of an Andean bread which by the way we didn't find because the bakery they recommended was closed, but instead we were exploring for a while while the rest of our tour mates were still having breakfast.
While we were walking we found the San Miguel Arcangel del Llano Church so we went to take a look, it is located near Plaza Rangel and its architecture has a neoclassical style, it is painted almost entirely in a beige color with pastel pink details and a red in its rose windows and dome.
Large double windows with its rosettes in the middle of its side wall and a wooden door, a border on its roof that seems to delimit its entire roof and from the other side of the street you can see how the dome stands out with its brick red color and a white cross on its tip.
In a diagonal view can be seen its other three wooden doors with rosettes over the arch of each, the lateral ones with plaster bases and arches, the center door with a more predominant structure protruding from the above mentioned and with grilles on it, more rosettes and seals with crosses inside, windows with small bars are among the details, to finally finish ascending with a cross at the top.
Just in front is the Plaza Rangel, with a monument in its center in honor of Colonel Jose Antonio Rangel, some pigeons were flying and playing while some people were enjoying the morning breeze and the shade of the trees with their mosses hanging down.
As we were about to return to join the rest of the people on the tour, they opened one of the doors of the church and inside are huge columns supporting the roof of the church, wooden pews arranged for the parishioners, the Stations of the Cross between the division of each internal niche of the church.
I would have liked to show you more but we ran out of time and had to go back to the bus, but I always enjoy the places I visit even if my stay is short.

Buenas noches amigos y viajeros de todo el mundo.
Aún tengo mucho que mostrarles de la mágica Mérida, en este día aproximadamente a las 8:30am mi hermana y yo estábamos en busca de un pan andino que por cierto no encontramos porque la panadería que nos recomendaron se encontraba cerrado, pero en cambio estuvimos explorando un rato mientras el resto de nuestros compañeros del tour seguían desayunado.
Mientras caminábamos encontramos la Iglesia San Miguel Arcángel del Llano así que fuimos a darle un vistazo, se encuentra cerca de la Plaza Rangel y su arquitectura posee un estilo neoclásico, está pintada casi en su totalidad en un color beis con detalles en rosa pastel y un rojo en sus rosetones y cúpula.
Grandes ventanas dobles con su rosetones en la mitad en su pared lateral y una puerta de madera, un borde en su techo que parece delimitar todo su techo y desde el otro lado de la calle puede verse como destaca la cúpula con su color rojo ladrillo y una cruz blanca en su punta.
En una vista diagonal pueden verse sus otras tres puertas de madera con rosetones sobre el arco de cada una, las laterales con bases y arcos de yeso, la puerta del centro con una estructura más predominante que sobresale de las antes mencionadas y con rejillas en ella, más rosetones y sellos con cruces dentro, ventanas con pequeños barrotes se encuentran entre los detalles, para finalmente terminar ascendiendo con una cruz en la punta.
Justo al frente está la Plaza Rangel, con un monumento en su centro en honor al Coronel José Antonio Rangel, algunas palomas se encontraban volando y jugando mientras algunas personas disfrutaban de la brisa de la mañana y la sombra de los árboles con sus musgos colgando.
Cuando íbamos a regresar a juntarnos con el resto de las personas del tour, abrieron una de las puertas de la iglesia y dentro de ella están enormes columnas sosteniendo el techo de la misma, bancas de madera dispuestas para los feligreses, las estaciones del Vía Crucis entre la división de cada nicho interno de la iglesia.
Hubiera querido mostrarles más pero se nos agotó el tiempo y teníamos que volver al autobús, pero siempre disfruto los lugares que visito aunque sea corta mi estadía.

Es bastante relajante caminar en Mérida porque su brisa es tan agradable, acá en mi ciudad me sofoco un poco. No soy una fotógrafa profesional pero siempre le pongo amor a todo lo que hago.
Las caminatas por Mérida son hermosas, el aire tiene magia de las montañas y los cielos magia del universo, me agrada ver cómo estás disfrutando de mi tierra , quiero volver a caminar esas calles de la mano de mi hija...
Se que pronto podrás caminar al ladito de ella, porque tarde o temprano nuestros anhelos más profundos se van cumpliendo.
