Fall in love with Mochima. Without a doubt, our state of Sucre, Venezuela, is full of incredible places, wonderful people, and a feeling that simply makes us fall in love. In that sense, very, very close to us, we have one of the most impressive natural beauties I have ever seen; a place where the gateway is the town called Mochima. There we can find very nice people, shops that offer everything, and from there we can go to the different beaches that make up Mochima National Park.
Personally, I have visited Mochima since I was a child when we went there with my family. Then, as I grew up, during my student days, I never missed the trips that were organized with friends. Now, back with my family, we return to Mochima and fall in love with it all over again, because we see once more that beautiful paradise present in our land. Here, we don't find huge hotels, but you can stay in inns full of love, hospitality, and warmth. Undoubtedly, everything comes together to make for one or several days of total fun and freedom.
Cover Edited In CanvaWhen we arrive at the village, it is inevitable to take a photo with the welcome sign, and from there, depending on our choice, we set off in the picturesque peñeros that take us to the incredible beaches of the National Park. The park represents a beautiful ecosystem, and of course, I couldn't leave my Hive cap behind, which accompanies me everywhere, hehehehe; an ecosystem within another ecosystem.
Now, the experience on these boats is totally magical, because it feels like we're not sailing, but flying over the water, which is blue in some places and turquoise in others. We do not know the reason for the different shades of the water, but what is certain is that the blue of the sky blends with them, and we can also see the enormous mountains that act as intermediaries between the sky and the sea.
As we enjoy the trip, we pass by different beaches, including Playa Blanca and Las Maritas, among others. Similarly, there are picturesque houses that are somewhat isolated and, according to the information we have received, celebrations are held in these areas and they can also be rented, although certain rules must be followed so as not to disturb the park's ecosystem. We must all be aware that any disturbance in this park causes destabilization and that, in many cases, ecological damage takes time to recover.
Another aspect that always impresses me and never ceases to do so is that we enjoy extremely magical mountains. These mountains have different shapes, and let me tell you, all the rock formations seem to be floating on the water. In addition, there are many caves under these rocks where people can dive and enjoy the marine variety that can be found underwater. It is simply a trip that no one should miss, because the turbulence of the journey is also magical and sometimes makes us lose focus on the images.
When traveling along these beaches, we can sometimes see dolphins, but unfortunately we didn't see any on this trip. Each destination is worth enjoying, and when we arrived at ours, all that was left was to live each moment. Here, time is precious, and you don't want to miss a thing, because the reality is that when you are here, you disconnect from the stress of the city to experience all the magic of the landscapes, beaches, and fabulous sun that Mochima National Park has to offer.
We cannot overlook how warm the people of Mochima are; everyone welcomes us like royalty and gives us the best they have to offer, including the most delicious cuisine. You can choose from a varied and delicious menu; the soups are incredible, especially the seafood soups, which are full of many products from the sea; as we say around here, the soups have lots of little animals in them, ha ha ha.
In short, everything we experience in Mochima is unbeatable and definitive; every time we visit, we fall in love with it. When you come to Sucre State, Venezuela, your must-see stop should be Mochima National Park. Enamórate de Mochima. Indudablemente; nuestro estado Sucre Venezuela está lleno de lugares increíbles, personas maravillosas y un sentimiento que sencillamente nos enamora. En ese sentido; muy, pero muy cerca de nosotros, tenemos una de las bellezas naturales más impresionantes que he visto; un sitio donde la puerta de entrada es el pueblo llamado Mochima. Allí podemos encontrar gente muy buena, comercios que te ofrecen de todo y precisamente desde allí; nos vamos hacia las diferentes playas que integran el Parque Nacional Mochima.
Particularmente; he visitado Mochima desde muy niño cuando íbamos con la familia. Luego; al crecer, en mi época de estudiante no me perdía los paseos que se organizaban junto a los amigos. Ahora; nuevamente en familia volvemos a Mochima y nuevamente nos enamoramos de ella, porque volvemos a ver ese hermoso paraíso presente en nuestra tierra. Aquí no encontramos enormes hoteles; pero si puedes alojarte en posadas llenas de amor, de hospitalidad y de mucho calor humano; indudablemente, todo se complementa para pasar uno o varios días de total diversión y libertad.
Portada Editada en CanvaAl llegar al pueblo; es inevitable retratarse con el letrero que nos da la bienvenida y desde allí, de acuerdo a nuestra elección, nos vamos en los pintorescos peñeros que nos llevan a las increíbles playas del Parque Nacional; Parque que representa un hermoso ecosistema y en el mismo, no podía faltar mi gorra de Hive la cual me acompaña a todas partes jejejeje; un ecosistema dentro de otro ecosistema.
Ahora; la experiencia que se vive en estas embarcaciones es totalmente mágica; porque pareciera que no estuviéramos navegando, sino volando sobre las aguas, que en algunos lugares son azules y en otros color turquesa. No sabemos cual es la razón de las tonalidades de las aguas; pero lo que si es cierto, es que el azul del cielo se mezcla con ellas y también podemos ver las enormes montañas que funcionan como intermediarias entre el cielo y el mar.
Cuando disfrutamos del viaje, pasamos por diferentes playas; tenemos Playa Blanca, las Maritas, entre otras. De igual manera; existen casas pintorescas que están un poco aisladas y que de acuerdo a informaciones recibidas; en estos sectores se realizan celebraciones y también se pueden alquilar, claro está; se deben cumplir ciertas reglas para no perturbar el ecosistema del Parque. Todos nosotros debemos estar concientes, que cualquier alteración que suceda en este parque es motivo de desestabilización y que muchas veces, el daño ecológico tarda tiempo en recuperarse.
Otro aspecto que siempre me impresiona y que jamás dejará de hacerlo; es que disfrutamos de unas montañas sumamente mágicas. Éstas montañas tienen diferentes formas; y déjenme decirle, que todas las formaciones rocosas parecieran que están flotando sobre las aguas. Además de ello; debajo de estas rocas existen muchas cuevas, donde las personas pueden bucear y disfrutar de la variedad marina que puedes encontrar al sumergirte; sencillamente, un viaje que nadie se puede perder, porque la turbulencia del viaje también es mágica y a veces nos hace perder el foco de las imágenes.
Cuando se viaja por estas playas; en ciertas ocasiones podemos ver a los delfines, lástima que en este recorrido no pudimos verlos. Cada destino es digno de disfrute y al llegar al nuestro, solo quedaba vivir cada momento, aquí el tiempo es oro y no hay que perderse de nada, porque la realidad, es que cuando uno está aquí, nos desconectamos del estrés de la ciudad para vivir toda la magia de los paisajes, playas y el fabuloso sol que nos ofrece el Parque Nacional Mochima.
No podemos dejar de lado lo cálida que es la gente de Mochima; todo el mundo nos recibe como reyes y nos dan lo mejor que tienen; y una de esas cosas que nos ofrecen, es la más deliciosa gastronomía. Puedes escoger entre un menú muy variado y delicioso; las sopas son increibles, especialmente las sopas a la marinera, las cuales están llenas de muchos productos del mar; como decimos por aquí, las sopas tienen muchos animalitos jejejeje.
En fin; todo lo que vivimos en Mochima es insuperable y definitivamente; cada vez que la visitamos nos enamoramos de ella. Cuando vengas al estado Sucre Venezuela, tu parada obligada debe ser el Parque Nacional Mochima, ven a disfrutar y a desconectarte del estrés del mundo; porque aquí encontrarás el paraíso en la tierra.
