Those colors are amazing. We love going to the forest to try to find edible mushrooms this time of the year, but I just know two or three varieties and do not risk with the ones I don't know.

I have never been mushrooming - but there are some really good ones here that people collect. Mushrooming spots are closely guarded secrets :D
