Hola a todos, he tenido demasiados problemas con el internet y a causa de esto no he podido compartir más contenido en hive. A pesar de todo esto hoy vengo a hablarles de un tema un poco delicado para mí.
Hello everyone, I have had too many problems with the internet and one cause of this I have not been able to share more content on hive. Despite all this, today I come to talk to you about a subject that is a bit delicate for me.
La verdad es que uno de los pocos momentos difíciles de mi vida ha sido a causa de mi papa. No es que sea culpa de mi papa, fue por un atentado que hicieron en su contra.
The truth is that one of the few difficult moments in my life has been because of my dad. It's not that it's my father's fault, it was because of an attack they made against him.
Mi papa desde que tengo uso de razón ha sido la fuente principal de ingresos de mi hogar. Más específicamente, transportista de mercancías, la mayoría de las veces trabajaba cargando pollos vivos y cuando regresaba de sus viajes se quedaba con el camión justo al frente de nuestra casa.
My dad has been the main source of income for my household for as long as I can remember. More specifically, a freight carrier, most of the time he worked loading live chickens and when he returned from his trips he would stay with the truck right in front of our house.
Hace ya casi 2 años, aproximadamente en junio de 2019 cuando comenzaron los apagones a nivel nacional en Venezuela, el tenia la misma rutina, hacia sus viajes y volvía a casa con el camión, y a veces salía de noche, a veces se tenía que ir a oscuras, casualmente el día que ocurrió el suceso mi hermana mayor estaba en el acto de graduación junto con mi mama en otra ciudad y estaba en mi casa con mi hermana menor y mi papa.
Almost 2 years ago, approximately in June 2019 when the blackouts began at the national level in Venezuela, he had the same routine, to his trips and returned home with the truck, and sometimes he went out at night, sometimes he had to go in the dark, coincidentally, the day the event occurred, my older sister was at the graduation ceremony with my mother in another city and she was at my house with my younger sister and my father.
Yo estaba en la ventana esperando a que se fuera de la casa y justo cuando él estaba arrancando el camión, al frente de mi casa salieron 2 hombres apuntándolo con armas cortas, y de inmediato me asuste porque nunca pensé que fuera a pasar algo así justo al frente a nuestra casa.
I was at the window waiting for him to leave the house and just as he was starting the truck, in front of my house 2 men came out pointing their guns at him, and I was immediately scared because I never thought something like this would happen right in front of our house.
De la frustración y el miedo que tenia por que le hicieran algo a mi papa le pegue unos golpes a mano limpia a la pared, que luego de unas horas fue que sentí el dolor.
From the frustration and fear that I had because they would do something to my father, I hit the wall with a clean hand, which after a few hours was that I felt the pain.

Salí corriendo a la casa de mi abuelo a pedir ayuda, rápidamente llamaron a mi mama y a la policía para avisar lo ocurrido, mi tío salió en su carro a ver si veía el camión en el camino, y luego de unas horas mi papa llego a la casa temblando, lleno de barro y aguas servidas.
I ran to my grandfather's house to ask for help, they quickly called my mother and the police to report what had happened, my uncle went out in his car to see if he saw the truck on the road, and after a few hours my father arrived at the house shaking, full of mud and sewage.
Había podido escapar de los sujetos y mi primo lo consiguió en el camino y lo trajo hasta la casa. Luego de eso mi papa perdió el trabajo y hasta querían culparlo de que él se había hecho un auto-robo y nunca se supo quienes fueron los implicados en el acto.
He had been able to escape from the subjects and my cousin got him on the way and brought him to the house. After that, my father lost his job and they even wanted to blame him that he had committed a self-robbery and it was never known who was involved in the act.
Estuvo unos meses sin trabajo y durante ese tiempo mi hermana y yo estuvimos trabajando para no venirnos abajo. A causa de esto tuve que dejar los estudios para trabajar turnos completos y poder llevar la comida a casa, tuve que posponer muchas metas personales, pero por lo menos puedo estar agradecido de que lo tengo a mi lado y no le paso nada malo, más allá del impacto del suceso.
He was out of work for a few months and during that time my sister and I worked hard to keep from falling apart. Because of this I had to leave school to work full shifts and be able to bring food home, I had to postpone many personal goals, but at least I can be grateful that I have him by my side and nothing bad happened to him, more beyond the impact of the event.
Hasta el día de hoy mi papa ha estado en distintos trabajos pero en ninguno le da tanta tranquilidad como el que tenía antes, pues tenemos que estar constantemente peleando contra las adversidades.
To this day my father has been in different jobs but none of them gives him as much peace of mind as the one he had before, because we have to constantly fight against adversity.

Realmente ese acontecimiento tuvo que ser sumamente difícil, sobretodo para tu padre en primer lugar que experimento en primera persona el atentado, gracias a Dios pudo escapar, y es que leí la historia y me dio escalofríos, entiendo porque es un momento difícil para ti, a causa de las malas acciones de unos tipos, hayas tenido que dejar tus estudios para apoyar a tu familia, pero Dios te recompensara más adelante, porque esta honrando a tus padres, eso habla muy bien de ti. Espero que tu padre pueda volver a conseguir un empleo que le de la estabilidad que tenia anteriormente, bendiciones y saludos.
