¿Qué me hace feliz?
Lograr mis metas, pensar en ellas es emocionante y me motiva a lograrlas. Cuando esto sucede me siento muy feliz.
Entiendo que se disfruta el proceso, el camino, la vida. Se disfruta la cotidianidad con su tranquilidad, cuando nada malo sucede, uno lo agradece y se siente feliz.
Una buena comida, un buen café, un rato con los amigos, un abrazo, un momento tranquilo todo eso me da felicidad.
What makes me happy?
Achieving my goals, thinking about them is exciting and motivates me to achieve them. When this happens I feel very happy.
I understand that the process, the journey, life is enjoyed. Daily life is enjoyed with its tranquility, when nothing bad happens, one is grateful and feels happy.
A good meal, a good coffee, some time with friends, a hug, a quiet moment all of this makes me happy.

Nada supera a la felicidad que se siente después de lograr algo importante para ti, algo en lo que invertiste tanto tiempo y esfuerzo, que después de tanto intentar y fracasar por fin logras alcanzar. Esa felicidad es inmensa. Por eso digo que me hace feliz lograr mis objetivos.
Si lograr nuestras metas no nos diera tanta felicidad entonces nadie se motivaría hacer absolutamente nada.
Nothing beats the happiness you feel after achieving something important to you, something in which you invested so much time and effort, that after so much trying and failing you finally achieve. That happiness is immense. That is why I say that it makes me happy to achieve my goals.
If achieving our goals did not give us so much happiness then no one would be motivated to do absolutely nothing.

Me hace feliz ver a mi hijo feliz, justo hoy lo observaba jugando con mi sobrina. Los veía como reían juntos y me parecía una escena tan linda, sin darme cuenta yo estaba sonriendo. Hasta que ellos se dieron cuenta que los observaba y dejaron de jugar.
It makes me happy to see my son happy, just today I was watching him playing with my niece. I saw them laughing together and it seemed such a cute scene, without realizing it I was smiling. Until they realized that I was watching them and they stopped playing
Me hace feliz el movimiento, hacer cosas, irme a la cama con la conciencia de que no deje el día en 0, saber que hice algo valioso para mí, saber que trabajé para mis metas o fui útil de alguna forma me hace dormir con una sonrisa en el rostro.
Me hace feliz viajar y conocer a otras personas. Me hace feliz consentirme y regalarme tiempo de soledad donde me dedico únicamente a mí.
Me hace feliz fantasear. Si la realidad no me da lo que deseo siempre puedo tenerlo en mi imaginación.
It makes me happy to move, to do things, to go to bed with the awareness that I do not leave the day at 0, to know that I did something valuable to me, to know that I worked for my goals or was useful in some way makes me sleep with a smile on face.
It makes me happy to travel and meet other people. It makes me happy to pamper myself and give myself time alone where I dedicate myself solely to myself.
It makes me happy to fantasize. If reality doesn't give me what I want, I can always have it in my imagination.
