Hello everyone, I am back on another edition of bloggingchallenge which I have been on for some days now.. on this edition I will be talking about my DREAM JOB
My dream job has been to get a company of my own where I produce different things to people to use. I have an experience of about 6years the food production and others and also how to operate devices used to produce them.
I have learnt a lot from people and have gathered experiences on how to relate with people. I would also be happy to learn how to create payroll and some others creation.
My dream job would allow me to make a positive impact on people every day because meeting new people everyday will bring about learning new things.. I would love to make my company like a multiple million company that saves time and produce a life-enriching products that thousands of people use every day. I would love to be part of a team that finds innovative ways to make products more efficient and effective in every way of business doing business.. i would also like to help a lot of people and families to survive life...
I value teamwork and communication, so I would love a job setting where everyone works together well with the same goals and mindset and holds themselves accountable for whatsoever they find around them. I will always ensure to finish my assignments on time, and I would love to depend on my employees to do the same. I have always been a positive person, which affects my work as well. Even when working on a challenging project, I find it essential and mandatory to stay positive and focused about everything I find myself doing. I believe this could influence my coworkers to act similarly and affect my dream company as a whole ... Achieving set goal need a lots of determination and selflessness..
I enjoy guiding other team members on projects and making sure everything goes smoothly for them on every aspect of their duties. My dream job would be a leadership position where the other team members will be active participants and communication happens daily within them all.I love seeing a project through to the end and celebrating everyone’s hard work thereby leading to success of the company. Irs said that when association Is moving forward, the people in the firm are the once to be accorded the kudos....
