If you are one of the businesses, there is zero advantages to A HBD transaction unless you are one of us who are big into Hive so there has to be some elements of cahootiness otherwise whats the point in partaking in such activities. Going to these random businesses and asking them to change their whole accounting system so some customers can get rebates is not very viable. Bitcoin is all about developing a trustless system. This system is based on trust and as we learned in the past trust does not work.
Definitely cahootness - I and a few others spotted it almost straight away. People wandering into someones back room where they had hastily put up two shelves with some tins on it and claiming to have bought their shopping there. Then you see the cashback and the auto post for rewards. Absolute pish
I agree. Did a little spreadsheet from hiveSQL and there are over 8000 transactions (4 times more than anyone else) from distraitor to our friend. Onboarding and referrals for transactions and the like. Small but but they all add up. As someone pointed out he may be doing no harm. He is just doing what the system allows. But the system is wide open for fraud. The proof of purchase here is the underlying fault. I spoke to a friend of mine last night that owns a jewellers. I could get him to set up a Hive account. I'd set it up for him obviously. Something I think that happens alot with this system. He wouldn't have a clue and if anyone came in to question him, he would say that the owner is dealing with it and he's out at the moment. 😂 He would then ring me and say someone was sniffing around and delete the keychain off his phone because he doesn't know what the story is with that app. Anyway I go in and we do a photo shoot with a ring. He pops it in a bag. Another photoshoot. I look sad. 😁 Now I don't know what the purchase limit must be a limit on the purchase but just say the ring costs €200. I give jeweller €10 cash for the hassle and he gets to keep the ring. He's happy. I get a post upvote and the rebate. Happy days. The fact the we live in a developed country then I couldn't be arsed but for countries that have a high unemployment and you have to spend your day hustling. This is an opportunity.
If it can be done then it will be done and what you have outlined makes perfect sense. A wee photo op then both will. It all mounts up. As you say, if your game is hustling then you gonna hustle!
that's the danger. The chapping. depends who you are beside. I will ensure we have a soft handed person to your right
I do like those baby soft hands!! 😃😃
You know I think you got the nail on the head with the howif what they do! Just the shop keeping the stuff and halving the discount/cashback!
