Sorry, Java Jaguar is a day late. For those of you that keep track the day of the week by the publication of Java, I assure you that you are not going insane, today is Thursday. Well, it's Thursday morning in my time zone.
I'm off on my own in Washington for a little over a week, then back to Northern California. I'll need to swing by Alexandria to drop off the Golden Sphinx back in his lair. We were fortunate to have him here in the studio for the last few strips, but he has death traps and questers to take care of.

Java might want to become a multi-billionaire just so he can buy every Morebucks location and convert them into public toilets. Or maybe litter boxes.

Yup, that's where the Golden Sphinx got that line from. I think a talking jaguar and a talking, winged lion performing a cover of a song by The Pet Shop Boys sounds wonderfully ironic.
Sphinx has obviously been catching up on culture. Up to the 80s at least. Grunge may be a shock.
