I have an amazing recipe that can solve this problem. I know how difficult it can be to combine both nutrition and flavor, and moreover the preparation time, so I have a solution for you! Усім доброго дня, друзі! Осінь вже настала, а це означає, що в багатьох з вас почалися навчальні або ж робочі дні. Часу на приготування смаколиків зовсім не вистачає, а так хочеться скуштувати чогось смачненького та корисного на вечерю? В мене є неймовірний рецепт, який це зможе виправити. Я знаю, як важко поєднати і користь, і смак, а ще й швидкість приготування, тому пропоную вам вирішення! Нумо разом на кухню!
You will be surprised but we only need 2 materials
- Broccoli
- Cheese
- Spices
- Olive Oil
Ви дуже здивуєтесь, але нам знадобляться лише ДВА інгредієнти:
- броколі
- сир
- спеції
- оливкова олія
As for the spices, I recommend you choose according to your taste. I used salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and garlic.
Щодо спецій - раджу обирати за вашим смаком. Я взяла: сіль, перець, гострий червоний перець, часник.
And as always, preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
І як завжди, ставимо розігріватися духову піч до 180 °C (356 °F).
Fill a pot with water and put it on the stove. Rinse the broccoli under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into florets and blanch for 3-4 minutes.
У каструлю набираємо води та ставимо на вогонь. Броколі промиваємо під холодною водою та висушуємо паперовим рушником. Ділимо на суцвіття та відварюємо 3-4 хвилини.
Put baking paper on a baking sheet and place the boiled broccoli pieces on it. Flatten them with a glass while they are still hot.
Пергаментом устеляємо лист та викладаємо на нього відварені суцвіття броколі. Доки вони ще гарячі, розплющуємо за допомогою стакана.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with spices of your choice and garnish with grated cheese. I added two cloves of garlic for more flavor. Now bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Змащуємо оливковою олією, посипаємо нашими спеціями та викладаємо зверху тертий сир. Я ще додала два зубчики часнику для більшого аромату. Тепер це все в духовку на 12-15 хв.
