Saludos mi querida comunidad de Motherhood.
En Venezuela este año los profesores están de paro escolar hasta nuevo aviso, por motivo a un salario justo para cubrir sus necesidades, esto es mas que todo en las instituciones publicas para quienes no sabía Camila este año esta en una nueva institución y es publica ya que las privadas están por encima de 80$ mensual, deseo para primaria inscribirla en una institución privada pero con subsidio Avec lo cual permite que los costos de mensualidad no sean tan excesivos.
Así que este nuevo año nos toco arrancar con Home School, las maestras nos reunieron a los representantes y conversaron sobre la finalidad del paro lo cual entiendo perfectamente el motivo y apoyo sin embargo llegamos a un acuerdo donde los niños deben ser monitoreados desde casa ya que ellas son quienes tienen las herramientas para instruir a nuestros hijos, a pesar de yo haber estudiado educación debo decir que no se me ha hecho nada fácil, Camila en ocasiones me dice que no soy su maestra y no quería trabajar desde casa.
Yo con mucha paciencia comencé a integrarle actividades en casa simplemente no la obligada cuando no quería así que cree un espacio único para ella estudiar ya que antes lo hacíamos en su habitación y siempre se distraía con cualquiera de sus juguetes, creamos un horario de 1 hora en la mañana para hacer las actividades enviadas por su maestra y crear algo libre como jugar con leggos, plastilina, pintar, cortar y pegar a su imaginación. Llevamos poco tiempo creando esta nueva rutina en casa y he visto grandes resultados.
Como por ejemplo ella al levantarse pedía ver televisión o usar su tablet y desde que iniciamos esta rutina sabe que luego de desayunar podemos estudiar y recrearnos un poco, académicamente Camila va muy bien estamos reforzando algunas actividades que le cuestan y otras que simplemente no le gustan como colorear. Ella puede estar super tranquila haciendo cualquier actividad pero si le toca colorear se le hace demasiado aburrido y pesado el trabajo, debo confesar que a mi tampoco me gusta colorear sin embargo con ella trato de enseñarla que debe hacer las cosas bien y terminarlas bien ya que en muchas oportunidades usaba un solo color para salir rápido de la actividad.
Desde casa hemos estudiado y avanzando muy bien, ahora Camila también escribe su nombre y reconoce todas las letras del alfabeto, poco a poco gracias a esta nueva rutina podemos decir que no estamos perdiendo el tiempo, todas estas actividades son supervisadas por su docente a cargo, así que mis horas en están mas limitadas que nunca. Ser mamá no es nada fácil nos toca ser de todo un poco, amigas, enfermeras, cocineras, maestras y muchas cosas mas pero como siempre disfrutando la maternidad y todo lo hermoso que nos permite vivir con nuestros hijos.
Esperamos muy pronto volver a las aulas y que los niños sigan aprendiendo como debe ser junto a sus maestras y compañeros de clases, deseando también para los docentes que puedan disfrutar de muchos beneficios y ganar un salario para cubrir sus necesidades.

Greetings my dear Motherhood community.
In Venezuela this year the teachers are on strike until further notice, for a fair salary to cover their needs, this is mostly in public institutions for those who did not know Camila this year is in a new institution and is public because the private ones are above $ 80 per month, I want to enroll her in a private institution for primary school but with Avec subsidy which allows the monthly costs are not so excessive.
So this new year we had to start with Home School, the teachers gathered us representatives and talked about the purpose of the strike which I fully understand the reason and support however we reached an agreement where the children should be monitored from home as they are the ones who have the tools to instruct our children, although I have studied education I must say that it has not been easy, Camila sometimes tells me that I am not her teacher and did not want to work from home.
With a lot of patience I began to integrate activities at home, I simply did not force her when she did not want to, so I created a unique space for her to study since before we did it in her room and she was always distracted with any of her toys, we created a schedule of 1 hour in the morning to do the activities sent by her teacher and create something free like playing with leggos, plasticine, painting, cutting and pasting to her imagination. We have been creating this new routine at home for a short time and I have seen great results.
For example, when she woke up she would ask to watch TV or use her tablet and since we started this routine she knows that after breakfast we can study and recreate a little, academically Camila is doing very well, we are reinforcing some activities that are hard for her and others that she just doesn't like such as coloring. She can be super quiet doing any activity but if she has to color it becomes too boring and heavy work, I must confess that I do not like coloring either, however with her I try to teach her that she must do things well and finish them well because in many opportunities she used only one color to get out of the activity quickly.
From home we have been studying and advancing very well, now Camila also writes her name and recognizes all the letters of the alphabet, little by little thanks to this new routine we can say that we are not wasting time, all these activities are supervised by her teacher in charge, so my hours are more limited than ever. Being a mom is not easy, we have to be a little bit of everything, friends, nurses, cooks, teachers and many other things but as always enjoying motherhood and everything beautiful that allows us to live with our children.
We hope very soon to return to the classroom and that the children continue learning as it should be with their teachers and classmates, wishing also for the teachers that they can enjoy many benefits and earn a salary to cover their needs.

Saludos Francys. Mi hija menor anda igual, haciendo las tareas que le mandaron esperando que se solucione lo de las clases. Los costo de los colegios estan muy altos, una locura. Ojala puedas meter a tu niña luego en un colegio. el problema con los maestros es terrible, ganan muy poco y no les pagan.
Hola JC yo deseo búscarle cupo en alguno subsidiado para no pasar por esto y brindarle una buena educación, por ahora toca en casa 🥺 con mucha paciencia. Esperemos se solvente muy pronto a nuestros hijos es a quienes más les afecta
que buen trabajo, mis hijas ya se incorporaron a clases y estuvimos incentivando un poco el trabajo; me encanta tu post! creo que el hogar es la primera escuela de nuestros pequeños.
Tuve que sacrificar una parte de la sala para eso pero valió la pena ahora ella sabe que allí es su lugar de estudio, gracias por leer un gran saludo ❤️
Que buena esa idea de crearle su espacio de estudio. Los míos no solo se distraen con los juguetes, están pendientes de las benditas tables, por eso se me ha complicado establecer una rutina en medio de esta coyuntura.. Ojalá las actividades se reanuden pronto, ese compartir con sus compañeros y la interacción con los docentes es fundamental! 😇
A mí me pasaba igual con la tablet pero ahora tiene un horario y bajo ciertas condiciones porque si es por ella pasa todo el día en eso. Ojalá y vuelvan a clases pronto y mejore la situación de los docentes 🙌🏻
