Feliz inicio de fin de semana mis queridos mamis y papis de @motherhood les envío un fuerte abrazo enorme del tamaño de un oso gigante 🐻 espero que se encuentren muy bien ustedes y sus pequeños e estado un poco ausente por problema eléctrico pero hoy quiero compartir con ustedes lo importante que es nutrir a nuestros hijos desde la infancia ya que nos ayuda a crear adultos sanos y seguros.
Happy beginning of the weekend my dear mommies and daddies of @motherhood I send you a big hug the size of a giant bear 🐻 I hope you and your little ones are doing well and I have been a little absent due to an electrical problem but today I want to share with you how important it is to nurture our children from infancy because it helps us to create healthy and secure adults.
Las palabras tienen poder es una frase que siempre e pensado que es cierta pues para mí lo que decimos puede influir en la realidad y tiene mucho peso ya que se puede convertir de pensamiento a acciones es por esto que con mis hijos trato de nutrirlos día a día llenandolos de amor para que empiecen su día de la mejor manera y una de las frases que les digo son las siguientes :
- eres brillante y capaz de todo para que ellos sepan que con su inteligencia y sus capacidades pueden lograr todo lo que deseen a partir de sus intereses y rasgos , cada uno de mis hijos tiene ritmos diferentes y habilidades aprenden a sus maneras y alcanzan la mejor versión de si mismo.
Words have power is a phrase that I have always thought is true because for me what we say can influence reality and has a lot of weight because it can be converted from thought to action is why with my children I try to nurture them every day filling them with love to start their day in the best way and one of the phrases that I tell them are the following:
- You are brilliant and capable of anything so they know that with their intelligence and abilities they can achieve everything they desire based on their interests and traits, each one of my children has different rhythms and abilities they learn in their own way and reach the best version of themselves.
Confía en ti mismo tu puedes está frase me gusta decírselas pues me la decía mucho mi papá a mí y la seguridad y confianza ayudará a sentirse seguro de si mismo y de su talento que ayudará a enfrentar cualquier desafío en su vida.
tu amabilidad es un aporte para todos siempre les enseño que hay que ser amables ya que esto creara ambientes positivos y armoniosos para relacionarnos con los demás con respeto , empatía y comprensión trato de inculcarle que debemos tener mucha empatía para ser mejores personas .

explora tus sueños me encanta escuchar todo lo que imaginan y quieren ser , desde pequeños es bueno ir creciendo con la idea de que queremos ser de grande para tener establecido nuestros objetivos.

Te adoro gracias por ser mis hijos está frase se las digo siempre antes de dormír después que rezamos y ellos me dicen también te amamos es una frase que siento que me llena mucho y que debo decirla antes que se vayan a descansar y que se duerman siempre sabiendo que los amo con todo mi corazón.
Mantén tu mente abierta a aprender está frase se las digo antes de ir al colegio siempre les digo debemos tener nuestra mente abierta y aprender todos los conocimientos que nos enseñan en la escuela para crecer y aprender cada día más ya que el conocimiento es lo que nos llevará a crecer como persona y desarrollar una comprensión más compleja de las cosas con personas de diferentes perspectiva.

Nutrir el amor en mis pequeños desde su infancia es la clave para que sean adultos emocionalmente sanos con estas frases conectó muchísimo con mis pequeños para su desarrollo integral y para construir una relación familiar fuerte y duradera ya que es importante para el crecimiento de los pequeños , tener una infancia feliz llena de amor hace que crezcan niños sanos y felices y al llegar adultos serán sanos y seguros de si mismo, actualmente vemos tantos adultos con múltiples problemas que no saben resolver el mínimo conflicto que se les presentan, adultos que no saben resolver ni manejar la impulsabilidad correctamente porque fueron niños que tuvieron una infancia complicada y que no lograron aprender a manejar sus emociones, para mí es importante que nos hijos crezcan con todo el amor posible que sean niños seguros de si mismos y que cada frase que le digo sea un recordatorio de su grandeza y su valor único que crezcan llenos de confianza, seguridad y amor.
