When reading and seeing the photos I expected to see a chicken, but then I understood that it is the name of the mushrooms, sorry because I do not have too much knowledge on the subject, but the advantage I have is that I read the post completely, something new to learn, thank you very much

@lupega, you are very welcome! great you educated yourself with this post. there are a lot of edible mushrooms that surround us, knowing them 'in the face' is a good way to live off the nature!
