Any mushrooms for cervical hernia?

 3 years ago (edited)

You mean an intervertebral hernia of the cervical spine?
I would attribute this to the mechanics of our body. Here we need the help of a manual therapist. At the same time, you can eat mushrooms as a source of essential vitamins and minerals. Amanita muscaria in small doses and tinder fungi are good. But manual therapy comes first.

Manual as in a "chiropractor"?

I will search for Amanita muscaria in small doses and tinder fung.
Thank you!

Manual therapy is something similar to massage, but with a targeted effect on the joints, spine, ligaments.
The intervertebral hernia can be gently set into place, after which a special set of exercises for the spine should be performed.
And then there are Curanderos who know how to heal hernia with words. But this is very rare.
