Congratulations for this great decision! Stopping drinking soda is very important, because as you say, it helps to feel lighter in your mind and also prevents osteoporosis, which although in men is less frequent, soda still ends up being a risk factor. It is a very good change, especially if the intention is to improve your quality of life. That, together with an increase in exercise, will surely give you more energy and raise your vibration.
