I tried the old intermittant fasting and it worked a treat.There is a free app called Fastic that gets you started. I would be fit enough and quite sporty but this app made me lose so weight I had to shed. Not for everyone as I know some people can't do without breakfast but I stop eating at 8pm at night. Skip breakfast and have my first bite to eat at 2pm which pretty much gets me on target. Coffee is OK provided you don't lace it with milk.

I should actually try it, I know I should be eating more frequently smaller amounts due to my gallbladder removal, and of course less fatty as well, all of things I've ignored the past few years. Maybe intermittent fasting could fit well there unless I remember it wrong.

Yeah its a nice handy way of doing it without changing your life all that much. I found that app really good. Best of luck with it anyway.
