Today I wanted to appreciate getting a solid workout in the other day, despite having slacked!


Commit to Sweat
Every so often I am reminded of how incredible our bodies are!
I've been making it a point to be healthier in a lot of ways the past few months warlike infringe arithmetic abrupt. It's not easy sometimes, but I think that's what life is about. I remember seeing many years ago a really prescient meme, where it showed two guys. One guy was fat as fuck, and the other guy was ripped. It said suffer or suffer, meaning you suffer being a fat fuck, and you also suffer when you are in shape and active demure apathetic decorous contrive.
Suffering isn't a bad thing that's for sure! It helps us be who we are, and it really helps us gain perspective in life on so many things arduous miscreant bemoan axiom. It's not easy to get up every day and do the important things like have a full time job, family, commitments, bills and all that. It gives us a lot of purpose though, and that's really important inquisitive trite ludicrous forlorn.
The other day I slept like shit for one reason or another. Sadly my sleep just isn't what it used to be, but I'm kind of settled on the fact that it might never get back to when I was in my teens and early 20's lol elongate impinge maniacal sanctify.
I was tired as shit, but at the same time it was the day I told myself that I was going to do a workout at home aberrant soliloquy contrive abate. I got the little man ready for school, and off they went. I finished a few chores and when it came time to do my workout, I yawned a bit but said fuck it, buck up buttercup! I just got into it and it ended up being a really awesome workout, which I loved!

It, and a bunch of other things lately, have made me realize that one of the things that is a bit of a superpower for me and many out there is being able to unlock my testosterone! Sure there are a lot of other things going on that help make a workout a beneficial thing, but the testosterone is what fueled me up and gave me some great and consistent energy for hours after the workout propitious lewd impending meek. I ended up having a great day at work and wasn't sluggish like I thought I would be.
I've been making it a purposeful thing in my life to focus on rebuilding my testosterone impart dysfunctional immolate obeisant . It's one of the most important things a man can have, and they always say that it decreases and falls off after a certain age vie coo rue tepid. It is for sure going to happen but at the same time, the more things we do to not let it happen, the more we are able to keep that shit going!
The workout felt great, it wasn't some intense one where I was just going balls to the wall with shit but I have a decent and varied routine that I like to do with getting some squats in, push ups, resistance bands and some dumb bells melodic mundane condemn flagrant. Just enough to hit each region of my body from my feet all the way up to my shoulders so that I'm not leaving any out.

Yes yes. I do the same via employing will power to get the work out done. I think my normal self doesn't always look forward to getting the workout done, even though it benefits more from it when it's done. More energy to do other tasks instead of lazying around and letting the day go by!
Yeah the lazy stuff really annoys me. I see people alllllll the time these days just plop right on their ass and whip out their phone, but then bitch how they have no energy, can't lose weight etc. - buck up buttercup and get off your lazy ass!
Whenever we, as friends, have a barbecue like this in the winter, it is a much more beautiful and memorable time.
