I know what you mean about being clear-headed. Though we don’t normally hear sugar being referred to as a drug it truly is one. Being hooked on sugars through sodas, juice and sweets has been my lifelong battle. As soon as I limit my intake my mind feels so clear and light. My entire body feels light as well. It’s so so hard but definitely doable I know for sure.

So you drink two cups of coffee per day? I usually do one but have been giving it a break lately. I noticed I don’t enjoy it as much when I do it everyday non-stop. Once I take a couple days away from it seems I enjoy it even better. My husband has to have sugar and creamer with his. I’m trying to help him break away from adding sugar because the creamer is already sweetened enough.
