My challenges. My progress. My thoughts

Good day!

Today I want to share with you my challenges and the progress.

First, since February, every morning I do a plank for 45 seconds. Over the past few months, I’ve noticed how much stronger and more toned my body has become. I also started holding my back straighter.

Besides that, I read at least 10 pages of a book every day. When I don’t have a book to read, I read 10 news articles or posts here on Hive instead. This habit helps me learn more, while also improving my memory and analytical skills.

Recently, I also started a new challenge: I decided to write here every day for 30 days. To be honest, sometimes it’s not easy. First, I have to come up with a topic to write about. Then, I have to find time. And sometimes, that’s the hardest part. Actually, no—the hardest part is finding inspiration. Without it, even if I have the time, it’s difficult to write anything.

Challenges like these help develop good habits and different skills. Above all, they teach discipline.

Do you have any challenges of your own?

Something I look at when I'm struggling for inspiration is in the Freewriters Community, where most days there's a mariannewest writing prompt, as well as regular Zapfic prompts. I usually use them for creative writing of a totally fictional kind, but others use it to recount their daily experiences, or whatever else comes to mind.

Good luck - I know you can do it !

Such a good idea! Thanks a lot! I will definitely try those prompts!
