RE: Some "lifestyle" changes

I can't imagine spending more than 7 minutes in Bangkok without a damn good reason haha...

Your mind is going through exactly what mine is. I even wrote a blog about it already just haven't posted yet.

But basically, I've watched myself since I hit my 30's slowly balloon from 82 to 97kg. Be damned if I'm gonna hit 100 (given it's 97% fat and 1.5% muscle).

Exercise doesn't make you lose weight, just makes you live longer, and who needs that?? So I just did diet. Not eating a bar of chocolate is equal to like 2 hours of intense workouts.

And yeah, already lost 9kgs after just a couple of months of that. Not even trying that hard, really.

Trying to hit 84kg before England but... probably not that likely anymore. Gets harder to lose even a gram after a while.

Haha think I went from about 87 or so to 119 at max but currently I think under 110 since bangkok (will have to actually weigh myself but been saving it for the next post update). What's wrong with bangkok? (other than the heat)

I know it's like 85% diet but I do wanna be able to run again before the simulation ends as I kinda miss it. Back when I came out of the military I used to do 10-15km daily for fun, now I can't even run 15 meters.

My ultimate goal for my length would be under 90 but replacing fat with some muscles, but not too bulky as I still wanna be able to run, etc. Let's see how it goes, will most likely take another bull and bear market but maybe I can afford a personal trainer next bull to get me to my goal faster. xD

Welllll its not a slight on the place itself; I've been twice and enjoyed it although I was alone. I guess I've just aged out of it. It's a very... 'starter pack' meme-y Kinda place. At my age I need to be very single and alcoholic in order to fit in.

Damn, one of the top greatest feelings on my list of memories was spending a few weeks on a treadmill and transforming from getting absolute death lungs after 3 minutes jogging, to 30 minutes sprinting with a resting heart rate. Damn, if I could do 15km for fun, I'd have to concede that I'm a literal God

Ever since that experience (and the himalaya one), I maintain that exercise is one of the best things ever, despite not for weight loss.
