A bit of dedication and self-discipline, that´s all you need. No gym memberships, no personal trainers, no expensive equipment... I have been doing my workout outdoors for years. Jogging is free and so are all those places for calisthenics (some even with actual gym machines like this one that I´m using here in Prague). To lose weight, focus more on cardio. To get shredded, do more calisthenics. To gain muscle mass, start lifting... But the most important thing is to find your own way of doing these things so that you actually enjoy your trainings.
