Working out has helped me the most when it came to clearing my mind back in my early 20s. It's funny how pushing and pulling on a heavy set of dumbbells and machines can help declutter your mind so much. I think it's really the heavy breathing, the pauses we take between sets and exercises, that's what helps us think a bit better.

Also, the quality of sleep on those days after intense workouts are unparalleled.
