Today I come to make a small review of an animation series that undoubtedly remained among my favorites, and I recommend you openly, this is Infinity Train.
Infinity Train began like many other series, with a pilot on Cartoon Network, which gained a lot of popularity, but it was not until years later that the series as such was finally aired, its first season only has 12 chapters, but the thing does not ended there, as a second season titled "Book Two" was aired, and a third season was recently released on HBO MAX, unsurprisingly, it's titled "Book Three".
But let's go to the beginning, I'll try not to give big spoilers, but it's a bit difficult given that the seasons are relatively connected.
It all started with Tulip, a 12 year old girl who likes to eat raw onion and is in the process of developing her own video game: Good Guys Popping Bad Guys, however it is a work in progress. Her parents are divorced and Tulip has not taken it very well, however, an expected event is coming up, a video game design camp that she was eager to go to, but things change, and her father is not able to take her to the camp, neither did her mother, which sparks an argument between Tulip and her mother.
This succession of events causes Tulip to escape from his house, in a cluster of anger, sadness and disappointment, to reach the camp on her own, and what a surprise, she finds a train that goes precisely in that direction, but when trying to get on...
She wakes up in the snow, apparently it was all a dream, wasn't it?
From this point there are several strange things, the first is that Tulip meets a strange circular-shaped robot called One-One, which asks if she is his mother, the other, is a door in a giant snowman, and this reveals to Tulip that she is actually on the train, but it is much bigger than it seemed at first, and not only that, but each car has a completely different theme, just like that snowy car was, it can having one made of food, or another full of ducks, the possibilities are endless, like the train.
But, Tulip discovers a strange number on his hand, which momentarily decreases, but also increases, what will the number mean? And what if it reaches 0?, all those doubts will be resolved in the series, however, in Book Two we have a different protagonist, Mirror Tulip, or MT for short.
During the first season, Tulip arrives at a strange chromatic car, full of reflective surfaces, and discovers that her reflection was alive, and that she has had to endure it all his life, in silence, due to events that occur in the carriage, both Tulip and its reflection are on the same "side", that is, not across a surface or mirror, but physically side by side.
In Book Two MT will have to find her purpose in life, because she does not have to continue to be the reflection of anyone, but she does not have a number like other train passengers (like Tulip), however, she will meet Jesse, another boy who like Tulip, ended up on the train without much idea where he is. In short, Book Two takes things where the first season left them but with a change of protagonist.
The same happens in Book Three, where, as it were, the antagonists of Book Two, are the protagonists this time, and their case is very different from that of Tulip or MT, but I can no longer give you many details.
In general, Infinity Train is presented as an animated series, but it is one of those that touches on several topics, and does it well, such as divorce for example, apart from the fact that the story leans towards the knowledge and personal evolution of each one towards being better or worse people, and how this influences the others.
Many people enter the train, but the only thing that is really clear is that whoever leaves is a very different person from the one who enters, if they manage to get out in the first place.
There are many more details that I can give you, but as I said at the beginning I do not want to narrate the whole series ^^U, it is worth seeing for yourself.

Hoy vengo a hacer una pequeña reseña de una serie de animación que sin duda se quedó entre mis favoritas, y les recomiendo abiertamente, esta es Infinity Train.
Infinity Train empezó como muchas otras series, con un piloto en Cartoon Network, el cual ganó mucha popularidad, pero no fue sino hasta años después que por fin la serie como tal fue emitida, su primera temporada solo tiene 12 capítulos, pero la serie no acabó ahí, ya que fue emitida una segunda temporada titulada Book Two, y recientemente fue lanzada en HBO MAX una tercera, como es de esperarse, se titula Book Three.
Pero vamos por el principio, intentaré no dar grandes spoilers, pero es un poco complicado dado que las temporadas están relativamente conectadas.
Todo empezó con Tulip, una chica de 12 años a la que le gusta comer cebolla cruda y está en proceso de desarrollar su propio videojuego: Good Guys Popping Bad Guys, sin embargo es un trabajo en proceso. Sus padres están divorciados y Tulip no se lo ha tomado muy bien, sin embargo, un evento esperado se aproxima, un campamento de desarrollo de videojuegos al cual estaba ansiosa de ir, pero las cosas cambian, y su padre no es capaz de llevarla al campamento, tampoco su madre, lo cual genera una discusión entre Tulip y su madre.
Esta sucesión de eventos causa que Tulip escape de su casa, en un cúmulo de ira, tristeza y decepción, para llegar por su cuenta al campamento, y que sorpresa, encuentra un tren que va precisamente en esa dirección, pero al intentar subir una luz la ciega y…
Despierta en la nieve, aparentemente todo fue un sueño, ¿o no?
Desde este punto hay varias cosas extrañas, lo primero, es que Tulip encuentra a un extraño robot con forma circular llamado One-One, el cual pregunta si ella es su madre, lo otro, es una puerta en un muñeco de nieve gigante, y esta le revela a Tulip que en realidad sí está en el tren, pero es mucho más grande de lo que parecía en un principio, y no solo eso, sino que cada vagón tiene una temática completamente distinta, así como estaba ese vagón nevado, puede haber uno hecho de comida, u otro repleto de patos, las posibilidades son infinitas, como el tren.
Pero, Tulip descubre un extraño número en su mano, el cual momentáneamente se reduce, pero también aumenta, ¿qué significará el número? Y ¿Qué pasa si llega a 0?, todas esas dudas serán resueltas en la serie, sin embargo, en Book Two tenemos una protagonista diferente, Mirror Tulip, o MT para abreviar.
Durante la primera temporada, Tulip llega a un extraño vagón cromático, lleno de superficies reflejantes, y descubre que su reflejo estaba vivo, y que ha tenido que soportarla toda su vida, en silencio, por sucesos que ocurren en el vagón, tanto Tulip como su reflejo se encuentran en el mismo plano, es decir, no al otro lado de una superficie o un espejo, sino lado a lado físicamente.
En Book Two MT tendrá que buscar su propósito en la vida, pues no tiene que seguir siendo el reflejo de nadie, pero tampoco tiene un número como otros pasajeros del tren (como Tulip), sin embargo, conocerá a Jesse, otro chico que como Tulip, terminó en el tren sin mucha idea de dónde está. En resumen, Book Two toma las cosas donde las dejó la primera temporada pero con un cambio de protagonista.
Igual sucede en Book Three, donde por así decirlo, los antagonistas de Book Two, son los protagonistas esta vez, y su caso es muy diferente al de Tulip o MT, pero de esto ya no puedo darles muchos detalles.
En general, Infinity Train se presenta como una serie de animación, pero que es de esas que toca varios temas, y lo hace bien, como el divorcio por poner un ejemplo, aparte de que la historia se inclina hacia el conocimiento y evolución personal de cada uno hacia ser mejores o peores personas, y como esto influye en los demás.
Muchas personas entran al tren, pero lo único que realmente está claro, es que quien sale, es una persona muy diferente a la que entra, si es que logran salir en primer lugar.
Hay muchos más detalles que puedo darles, pero como dije al inicio no quiero narrarles toda la serie ^^U, vale la pena que la vean por ustedes mismos.
