Hola amigos de la comunidad #Movies&tvshows; ¿les ha pasado alguna vez que ven una película y se enamoran de ella para siempre? Pues a mí me pasó esto con la película "Dirty Dancing" no solo me enamoré de la película sino también del protagonista Patrick Swayze . Para mí no hay nadie como él, lamentablemente falleció hace unos años producto de una enfermedad con la que luchó durante años sin remedio. Pero él sigue vivo en mi mente y en mi corazón y por eso hoy traigo una de las películas que lo catapultaron al éxito.

Well this happened to me with the movie "Dirty Dancing" not only I fell in love with the movie but also with the main character Patrick Swayze. For me there is no one like him, unfortunately he passed away a few years ago due to a disease that he fought for years without remedy. But he is still alive in my mind and in my heart and that is why today I bring one of the films that catapulted him to success.

Sin mentirles he visto esta pelicula más de 100 veces, es tan exagerado mi amor que un día salí tarde a una fiesta de 15 años hasta que no vi el final. No les sabría explicar lo que siento, solo sé que desde que empiezan a bailar mi cuerpo se mueve al ritmo de la música y mis pies solitos se mueven como si quisieran hacer lo mismo que la protagonista.
Recuerdo muy bien que esa pelicula la vi por primera vez en un viaje de vacaciones que hice a Caracas, ese viernes por la tarde esperamos a mis primas que salieran de su trabajo y entramos al cine de "El Unicentro El Marqués" un lugar muy bonito al este de la capital. Ese día salimos tan emocionadas del cine que no aguantamos las ganas de volverla a ver en los dias siguientes. Peliculas como esta o Dias de trueno, mujer bonita nunca las voy a olvidar, asi como tampoco aquellas vacaciones en la ciudad.
Without lying to you I've seen this movie over 100 times, it's so over the top in my love that one day I left late for a 15th birthday party until I didn't see the end. I can't explain what I feel, I only know that since they start dancing my body moves to the rhythm of the music and my feet move alone as if they wanted to do the same as the protagonist.
I remember very well that I saw that movie for the first time on a vacation trip I made to Caracas, that Friday afternoon we waited for my cousins to leave work and went to the cinema of "El Unicentro El Marqués" a very nice place east of the capital. That day we left the movie theater so excited that we couldn't wait to see it again in the following days. I will never forget movies like this one or Dias de trueno, mujer bonita, as well as those vacations in the city.

Esta es una pelicula que está relacionada con el género Drama-romance y fue protagonizada por Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey. La trama se centra en un Hotel de principios de los 70´s donde una familia adinerada decide tomar un descanso o vacaciones apartándose de la ciudad. Esta chica se fija desde un principio en un chico de clase humilde que vive del baile y de tomar invitaciones de mujeres pudientes que le dan dinero a cambio de su compañía. Algo que se hace hincapié en la pelicula es este punto de la diferencia de clases sociales.
La protagonista Jennifer Grey (La nena) es más humilde y sencilla, por no decir aburrida; ella tiene un pensamiento de ayudar al prójimo y no le importa mucho el tema del dinero y al etiqueta; ella se hace amiga de uno de los empleados del hotel quien una noche la invita a un lugar donde todos los empleados bailaban de una manera distinta, mejor dicho apasionada y caliente, esa misma noche conoce a Jhoni (Patrick Swayze)un galán hermoso que baila como los dioses. Nena queda muy impresionada de este mundo y al relacionarse más con estos empleados, hasta el punto que decide sustituir a la pareja de baile del Jhoni. Lo que más me gusta es ver como esta niña tímida saca a relucir sus verdaderos sentimientos y se enfrenta a todo no solo para aprender a bailar la coreografía sino también para defender el amor que nace entre ella y Jhoni.
Una de las escenas que más me gustan es esta que les muestro en este vídeo de YouTube, en la parte en la que Johnny enseña a bailar a la nena para un concurso, la canción que ponen de fondo es mi preferida de toda la película.
This is a movie that is related to the Drama-romance genre and starred Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey. The plot centers on a hotel in the early 70's where a wealthy family decides to take a break or vacation away from the city. This girl notices from the beginning a boy of humble class who lives by dancing and taking invitations from wealthy women who give him money in exchange for his company. Something that is emphasized in the film is this point of the difference in social classes.
The protagonist Jennifer Grey (La nena) is more humble and simple, not to say boring; she has a thought of helping others and does not care much about the issue of money and the label; she befriends one of the hotel employees who one night invites her to a place where all employees danced in a different way, rather passionate and hot, that same night she meets Jhoni (Patrick Swayze) a handsome hunk who dances like the gods. Nena is very impressed by this world and to relate more with these employees, to the point that she decides to replace the dance partner of Jhoni. What I like the most is to see how this shy girl brings out her true feelings and faces everything not only to learn to dance the choreography but also to defend the love that is born between her and Jhoni.
One of the scenes that I like the most is this one that I show you in this YouTube video, in the part where Johnny teaches the babe to dance for a contest, the song they play in the background is my favorite of the whole movie.
No les voy a contar más nada para que se animen a verla, solo les digo que no se van arrepentir. Sé que hace poco sacaron una nueva versión, pero como soy fiel a mi protagonista no el pienso ver nunca.
Definitivamente Dirty Dancing es una cinta que nos muestra como el cine, el baile y la música pueden unirse y sacar un excelente proyecto donde se expresan los sentimientos más escondidos. Aunque dicen que entre los protagonistas nunca hubo química la verdad creo que lo supieron manejar muy bien porque nunca se notó en el film y Si hay algo que me conectaba con ellos era ver sus miradas y al mismo tiempo escuchar la música.
I'm not going to tell you anything else to encourage you to watch it, I'm just telling you that you won't regret it. I know they recently released a new version, but since I'm loyal to my main character I'm not going to watch it ever.
Dirty Dancing is definitely a film that shows us how cinema, dance and music can come together and produce an excellent project where the most hidden feelings are expressed. Although they say that there was never any chemistry between the protagonists, the truth is that they knew how to handle it very well because it was never noticeable in the film and if there is something that connected me with them, it was seeing their looks and at the same time listening to the music.

Hablando de su música estas canciones han estado y siempre estarán en mi repertorio favorito. Sin duda alguna esta es una cinta que debe ser vista por muchas personas, porque es cine del bueno y de calidad en todos los aspectos. Los invito a que la vean, no se arrepentirán amigos, sobre todo les gustará la parte en la que Johnny y la nena hacen el amor por primera vez, es súper caliente esa escena, nada vulgar para mi forma de pensar, pero para esos momentos fue demasiado caliente.
Speaking of their music these songs have been and always will be in my favorite repertoire. Undoubtedly this is a film that should be seen by many people, because it is a good and quality film in all aspects. I invite you to see it, you will not regret it friends, especially you will like the part where Johnny and the babe make love for the first time, it is super hot that scene, nothing vulgar to my way of thinking, but for those moments it was too hot.
