Greetings, movie and series lovers! 🎥
This intersting film focuses on portraying in an excellent way the intensity and passion of a forbidden relationship, with a very good delicacy, and an extraordinary sensitivity. What impressed me most about this film was the way in which the director wanted to convey various emotions through simple glances... every frame is perfectly placed, every gesture of the actresses overflows with that characteristic love, something that can be recognized at a glance... in this story we will see these two characters achieve such a tangible connection, that easily reaches the viewer.

Hola a todos! Un gusto saludarles queridos fanáticos del buen entrenamiento. El día de hoy quiero compartir una nueva reseña por acá, en la comunidad, se trata de una película muy interesante, que ha pasado un poco desapercibida, y que considero que vale mucho la pena. Se trata de la película Portrait of a Lady on Fire, dirigida por Céline Sciamma, esta increíble cinta cautiva mucho con su belleza visual y con la profunda exploración que tiene de las emociones humanas. Está película está ambientada en el siglo XVIII, y esta historia nos transporta a una época donde el amor entre dos mujeres era considerado tabú.Esta película se enfoca en retratar de una manera excelente la intensidad y la pasión de una relación prohibida, con una delicadeza muy buena, y una sensibilidad extraordinaria. Lo que más me impresiono de esta película fue la manera en la que la directora quiso transmitir variadas emociones a través de simples miradas.. cada encuadro está perfectamente colocado, cada gesto de las actrices desborda ese amor característico, algo que se puede reconocer a simple vista.. En esta historia veremos a estos dos personajes lograr una conexión tan tangible, que fácilmente alcanza al espectador.
The cinematography of this French film is incredible, each scene has a very good composition, it is meticulously developed... it focuses on capturing all the desire that burns inside our protagonists. The specific lighting, colors, and camera angles are masterfully intermingled.... This creates a visual environment that easily captivates you.
The story is also very interesting... we see how a relationship emerges between the painter Marianne and the young Héloïse, thus exploring some classic universal themes, such as love, freedom, and of course social oppression. Each interaction between these two women is loaded with meaning, and invites us to reflect on the limitations imposed by society and the importance of seeking personal authenticity in a highly restrictive world.

La fotografía de esta película francesa es increíble, cada escena tiene una muy buena composición, está meticulosamente desarrollada.. se enfoca en capturar todo el deseo que arde dentro de nuestras protagonistas. La iluminación específica, los colores, y los ángulos de la cámara se entremezclan de manera magistral.. Esto crea una ambiente visual que te cautiva fácilmente.La historia también es muy interesante.. veremos cómo surge una relación entre la pintora Marianne y la joven Héloïse, de esta manera explorando algunos temas universales clásicos, como el amor, la libertad, y por supuesto la opresión social. Cada interacción entre estas dos mujeres está cargada de significado, y nos invita a reflexionar sobre las limitaciones impuestas por la sociedad y la importancia de buscar la autenticidad personal en un mundo sumamente restrictivo.
The performances of Noémie Merlant and Adèle Haenel are great! They have an electrifying on-screen chemistry. As well as possessing the ability to express themselves as they would only do in that era, but in a very sincere way. As the story progresses, we as viewers get caught up in a lot of feelings as this relationship clearly convey passion and much love, but also a lot of melancholy.
I highly recommend it if you are a fan of romantic stories with a touching narrative... I give it a personal rating of 8/10. This film celebrates love in its purest and most authentic form, it invites us to reflect on accepting an imposed destiny, and as always, the most important thing is to be true to oneself. Las actuaciones de Noémie Merlant y Adèle Haenel son geniales! Tienen una química electrizante en pantalla.. Además de poseer la capacidad de expresarse como solo lo harían en esa época, pero de una manera muy sincera. A medida que la historia avanza, nosotros como espectadores nos vemos envueltos en muchos sentimientos, ya que esta relación te transmite claramente pasión y amor, pero también mucha melancolía.Se las recomiendo mucho si son fanáticos de las historias románticas con narrativa conmovedora.. le doy de calificación un 8/10. Esta cinta celebra el amor en su forma más pura y auténtica, nos invita a reflexionar sobre aceptar un destino impuesto, y como siempre, lo más importante es ser fiel a uno mismo. ¡Les comparto el tráiler de esta película, nos veremos en la próxima reseña, cuídense mucho!

I like what you said about the director making the characters express a lot of their emotions or emphasize their emotions because it reminds me of the movies of the past where always that kind of details or showing a lot of faces and looks was very prominent, and that's great because you feel closer to the character.
