Feliz domingo queridos cinéfilos, gusto en saludarlos, esta semana estuvo bastante agitada por las salidas con mis hijos durante la Semana Santa, pero eso no impidió que viera unas cuantas películas antes de dormir para relajarme, en esta ocasión me incline a ver unas comedias románticas, y hoy les vengo a recomendar una muy entretenida que me gustó mucho, se llama “Kinda of Pregnant” y fue estrenada recientemente, está dirigida por Tyler Spindel y me sorprendió encontrar a Adam Sandler como uno de sus productores, al igual que su protagonista Amy Schumer como productora también.

Cuando vi esta película me pude identificar mucho con la presión que siente Lainy al ver a sus amigas y compañeras de trabajo ser madres y ella sin poder lograrlo aún, ya que yo pase por eso antes de tener a mis hijos, y no es nada agradable cuando preguntan que para cuando los niños, y hasta opinan que por la edad la mujer debería apresurarse, sin darse cuenta la discriminación que en ocasiones gran parte de la sociedad hace a este tipo de mujeres que a cierta edad no son madres, unas porque no quieren serlo y otras porque aún Dios no les hace el milagro, pero sea cual sea la causa, ninguna persona de tu círculo social tiene derecho a juzgarte por tener hijos o no, y nosotras como mujeres debemos protegernos ante este tipo de comentarios que solo buscan bajar la autoestima femenina. When I saw this movie I could identify a lot with the pressure that Lainy feels when she sees her friends and coworkers being mothers and her not being able to achieve it yet, since I went through that before having my children, and it is not nice when they ask when the children will be ready and even think that because of her age women should hurry, without realizing the discrimination that sometimes much part of society makes this type of women, who at a certain age are not mothers yet, some because they do not want to be and others because even God does not make them the miracle, but whatever the cause, no one in your social circle has the right to judge you for having children or not, and we as women should protect ourselves against this kind of comments that only seeks to lower female self-esteem.
