Recently, I watched the movie Anora, because it was the movie that received the most awards, it took in the night of the Oscars 2025 Awards that took place a few days ago. I must say that this kind of movies really catch my attention, it is one of my favorite genres, although the truth is that I was not attracted to it at first, but I decided to give it a chance after receiving five statuettes from the most important awards in the world of film and entertainment.

The most important aspect of any streaming platform is its curation—that is, how the films available are chosen. Beyond each brand's own productions, streaming services have certain criteria for choosing the titles they upload each season and in each region of the world; and, in my opinion, this is where MUBI differentiates itself—for the better—from other services like Netflix, HBO, or Amazon Prime Video.

I like movies where Kirstie Alley stars, I think I'm guaranteed to enjoy it a lot because of her natural acting.This movie starts with the recruitment of young girls for a beauty pageant, where they are made to believe that the pageant is a scholarship program, where they can have benefits of all kinds. Kirstie Alley plays Gladys the director of the beauty pageant, I can't help but see her main characteristics in all her performances that sarcasm is her art, so it's hard to see if what she says is real or figurative, it's a little over acted, this is the part I like the most. I really enjoy her facial and body gestures, they are funny.

Hello friends! I've been wanting to watch Severance and now that the second season is airing I see that it keeps getting good reviews, so I decided to give it a chance. So today I bring you my review about the first season of Severance.
