A Netflix Thriller: The Good Nurse

The plot develops and explains how the deaths of this serial killer happen, but we never get to know more about him, he befriends Amy, so that makes it more complicated to understand, because on the one hand he murders his patients and on the other hand he was loyal to her. Something I liked about the film is the tone they handle, that is, from the story, the staging and the background music you feel that it is a thriller, mystery; that really helps to create a context in the viewer. Finally, The Angel of Death is not one of those movies that steal your sleep, but it is interesting for those who like these topics, inevitably you end up finding out the story and although at the end we are left owing an explanation to certain facts, then you realize that in real life the murderer never said it either, it is an interesting proposal and I liked it.

(Review) Searching - The truth can be very scary

PB8ro82ZpZP35bVGjGoE93K3E4U5KX8KtMBJ2ri7PiMXtff566RMo3Qema7mx3Rjw3u6nmQigsmHik4RiemuowjLjmW3MCJnxMt3n5MCGtLmamvn.png

The film uses innovative cinematographic techniques to immerse the viewer in David's mind and his feelings of fear and despair. It is presented in the form of "found footage," where the screen is David's computer or cell phone screen, showing how he communicates with people, investigates and searches for clues to find his daughter. For example, the film focuses largely on David's computer and phone screens as he surfs the internet and searches for clues to his daughter's whereabouts. This creates a sense of immediacy and urgency, and allows the viewer to experience David's anguish more closely.

The disappearance of Madeleine [review]

pBMyo3B2Sao45kGEB1kRY9cJBFGQnrPp2qChGHkgVjzu1y6XFCd4yc38SH7wXi5qrC77ymuQQySgvm4BJhFUx5wzGiQETLXamkghLKtRihrmi4U5hWTMtiytTrKjqctgG1U9Jh5x7b5soLXm8FQw2i9KVVQmQkWFaWBShtnyyMy5GeGv.jpg

I am not a mother, and I don't think I would be one in the face of so much evil in the world. Take care of your children, no matter how "healthy" the environment may seem, take care of them, you don't know it but the bad guys dress like sheep, they walk around these places, they know how to persuade their victims, and in the blink of an eye life can change. I know it's not an action or comedy movie, it's a drama and therefore it should be slow and mysterious as they handle it, but it did seem a bit tedious to make it 8 chapters and have the same images, but I watched it to the end so I can bring you a review of what I saw and I'm inviting you to watch it because any clue, whenever someone disappears from our lives, no matter how simple it is, always helps.

Im Westen nichts Neues (Review)

Another thing that caught my attention is how the conflict develops, since everyone has that great hatred, evil and envy and will not stop attacking or shooting until the last soldier falls, have certain weapons that are very powerful as bombs, flamethrowers and many other things we see in wars or video games. As a spectator, as we watch each of these scenes, we live very strong moments and we imagine how they did that job, even if we are traumatized watching the movie, how those soldiers who manage to get out of the war alive will be. We can also see how this war was carried out in the film is a little different, as it is done by various mazes, which were already built or they themselves did it to make it easier to mobilize and thus be able to develop their tactics at the time of battle. Something that from my point of view is much better to defend themselves, to be able to cover themselves, to have everything in order and the war has to be done face to face, to be able to kill and most importantly not to be seen. So it is a film that requires a lot of concentration, since several wars are appreciated at the same time.

It's You (Review)

We can see a very talented cast among them we have Álvaro Cervantes, Silvia Alonso, Susana Abaitua, Gorka Otxoa, Pilar Castro, Elisabeth Larena, Ninton Sánchez, Paula Muñoz, Fabia Castro, along with the direction of Alauda Ruiz de Azúa. Well looking from my memories I had a long time without seeing a Spanish work since "Los Renglones Torcidos de Dios" and well it excites me because I like their accent and Spain seems to me a beautiful country, so when I started watching it I felt like having a juice while I started watching our protagonist Javier who is a wretched in love, I feel that at the beginning it seemed a little rushed because I thought it was cliché, his love with Lucia did not have much development and made me think that it was merely attraction because in the first conversation they have, they seem to fall in a terrible way.

La galería de los corazones rotos // The Broken Hearts Gallery

Now, having said that, the film as such is a bit of everything, I think it can satisfy a good number of people. It has a very good touch of humor, the kind that can make you laugh out of nowhere, even in the dramatic moments. The romantic story is quite nice, I liked to see the slow development it had. I think the male actor is very expressive in terms of gestures, although I missed a bit of chemistry between the two of them. But I almost didn't notice it and I concentrated more on the background of the movie, which beyond being a romcom has elements that make you think about life.

Strange Days - technology and racism in a great noir-science fiction thriller

back_colorful_neon_youtube_thumbnail.png

It may be characterized as a science fiction thriller with a noir atmosphere, with an effervescent beginning filled with conceptual and visual chaos, a metropolis full of different types of bad guys around every corner, all well characterized and never really normal people, so you can expect anything from anyone. It's not just the hero saving the beauty or an investigation to discover who did what; the issues at stake are enormous, the doubts deep and painful, and perhaps not really answered at all. Then gradually as the story unravels, a world that is increasingly dark opens up in which everything and everyone is revealed for how dangerous they really are. The whole is amalgamated by an out-of-the-blue unfolding full of interesting protagonists, above all a wild Ralph Fiennes and a Juliette Lewis who gives herself like few others (soul but also a lot of body and voice). In other words, Kathryn Bigelw's (the female director of the movie) furious, brutal, and excruciatingly honest eye, which does not exaggerate (since that is simply the way things are), forces us to confront two hours of reality.

"Winner of Everything Everywhere..." - Opinion of the Academy Awards

2bP4pJr4wVimqCWjYimXJe2cnCgnDRmcykgLmXYPxY6.png

The fact that this film, almost a year after its release in North American theaters and that from that moment it created a wave of positive opinions for its story, direction, editing and in almost all the performances of its protagonists, it is surprising that it has won 264 awards out of the more than 400 nominations it obtained; in my opinion, that is a feat for a film with a budget of 25 million that benefited not only by the positive opinion of critics, but by the good acceptance of the general public that got a good film characterized by many genres, but with a story that flows in an excellent way. Those positive opinions, as the Oscars were getting closer and closer to the awards ceremony, were disappearing; opinions where I could read several that began with the phrase "I abandoned it after seeing only 20 minutes" or another very used as "I did not understand what it is about" was something that seemed strange to me and I know that everyone can say whatever, but if you are a professional or not with respect to the criticism of a film, at least you can be objective if the film is or isn't to your taste and I think most of those who didn't like EEAAO or who decided to say something bad about this film now, I think it's because of the need to get attention and I say this because there is no basis for their negative criticism.

¿Escapar? No siempre es bueno - Prison Break: Opinión

pBMyo3B2Sao45kGEB1kRY9cJBFGQnrPp2qChGHkgVjzu1y6XFCd4yc3bEXCFSzM7vvEzRBB98D7AidABRfSSUj41Ry3JLzhjLrH6aAsGN9zyXvLkgFFXYJMxrSMVCDvH8iGUYkBSMFx8R2WDRLf1qBjhVa4RTbfm987koykiEUu3QqYi.png

The first time I saw Prison Break I was still on the eve of my teens: I still reeked of teen shows and cartoons from Cartoon Network. By then the Michael Scofield story was very popular and one could hardly hear anything that wasn't about him, his brother, a sore lawyer and the consequent broken hearts. I heard many girls sigh for the actor Wentworth Miller and for some reason I also saw them cry. Of course it was indifferent to me because I only wanted to listen to Kudai (a Pop Rock band, XD) and talk about things about mathematics. It wasn't for long so, unable to resist the idea of watching the series, I bought the Prison Break DVD and dedicated a whole weekend to it.

The Spider's Head |. Summary and Opinion

D5zH9SyxCKdAD9uMxPhHuH2uZCXggyY8AQfCNYoNfZDSQBPV4kgPdVJD52CFQfGWgfXJG5cfJLamrbWJgb7dM4TjjqB2VNNa2NRyrt5NkCRi4bzK7EChrqLrnhKXpP4ApDXiTy.png

What I can understand in this plot is that it deals with a real issue. The genre of the movie is science fiction but, really, AI continues to advance by leaps and bounds and this topic related to emotions may be in the sights of scientists and researchers. Obviously, not with such macabre purposes as those of Dr. Abnesti, not with the ambition of this unscrupulous character who is not interested in people but in his own ego. Manipulating the feelings of others as if they did not matter made this Dr. Abnesti lose his mind. I was struck by a phrase mentioned by the protagonist while fulfilling the project in a field study. This phrase was curious to me but not to my husband who watched the movie with me.
