This time I want to talk about the Netflix movie: I'm thinking for ending things.
Es un gusto para mí, unirme a esta comunidad y poder compartir mi opinión respecto a las películas de cine que he tenido la oportunidad de ver, las cuales me han cautivado por su originalidad, inspiración y trabajo técnico. En esta ocasión quiero hablar de la película de Netflix: I'm thinking for ending things (Pienso en el final, estoy pensando en dejarlo).

In the case of "I'm thinking for ending things", all kinds of strange circumstances concur in an environment that plunges the characters into a true deep psychological chaos, as well as, unnoticed.

Algunas películas nos impactan por sus actuaciones y escenografía, pero más allá de esto, existe un guión contentivo de la trama, los sucesos y el porqué de cada personaje.
En el caso de "I'm thinking for ending things", concurren todo tipo de circunstancias extrañas en un entorno que sumerge a los personajes en un verdadero caos profundamente psicológico, así como, inadvertido.

My personal opinion
From the beginning I had that feeling of pleasure produced by films inspired by novelistic themes, where the protagonist "Lucy" (Jessie Buckley) faces a sentimental conflict that makes her think about ending her relationship with "Jake" (Jesse Plemons) who apparently does not fill the spaces of her life.
Lucy travels nostalgic thoughts full of poetry where she reflects her sentimental reasons and her way of seeing the world during that stage of uncertainty that she is currently going through.
Even so, he agrees to go on a trip to visit Jake's parents (David Thewlis & Toni Collette), who live on a farm outside of town, thinking that maybe this could help channel his emotions.
However, she does not imagine everything that awaits her, nor the changes and degradation that her partner's mind will undergo as they advance along a cold and desolate road that seems to lead them nowhere.
Mi opinión personal
Desde el principio tuve esa sensación de agrado que producen las películas inspiradas en temas novelísticos, donde la protagonista "Lucy" (Jessie Buckley) enfrenta un conflicto sentimental que le hace pensar en poner fin a su relación con "Jake" (Jesse Plemons) quién al parecer no llena los espacios de su vida.
Lucy transita pensamientos nostálgicos cargados de poesía donde refleja sus razones sentimentales y su manera de ver el mundo durante esa etapa de incertidumbre que actualmente atraviesa.
Aun así, acepta emprender un viaje a visitar a los padres de Jake (David Thewlis & Toni Collette), quienes viven en una granja en las afueras de la ciudad, pensando que tal vez esto pueda contribuir a canalizar sus emociones.
Sin embargo, ella no imagina todo lo que le espera, ni tampoco los cambios y la degradación que sufrirá la mente de su pareja a medida que avanzan por una carretera fría y desolada que parece conducirles a ninguna parte.

Shocking scenes
The scenes shown in the six (06) previous photographs correspond to some of the peak moments of the film where the character "Lucy" is at the mercy of strange events and can be seen in her gesture of panic and despair.
Also the staging of Jake's parents is something really disturbing since they are changing characters with really dark thoughts.
Likewise, in the car scenes the couple, Lucy and Jake, are engulfed by a spectral, freezing winter that seems to have come out of nowhere and acts as a harbinger of what is to come.

Las escenas mostradas en las seis (06) fotografías anteriores corresponden a algunos de los momentos cumbres de la película donde el personaje "Lucy" queda a merced de los extraños acontecimientos y se puede notar en su gesto de pánico y desconsuelo.
También la puesta en escena de los padres de Jake es algo realmente perturbador ya que son personajes cambiantes y con pensamientos realmente oscuros.
Así mismo, en las escenas del automóvil la pareja, Lucy y Jake, son envueltos por un invierno espectral y congelante que parece haber salido de la nada y actúa como un presagio de lo que está por ocurrir.

Developing
The evolution of the film reveals that Lucy is a professional quantum physicist, then suspiciously, defines her as a psychological counselor who is apparently in charge of Jake. In this sense, once they arrive at the parents' house, the difficult family relationships indicate that all family members suffer from some type of mental disorder.
It is precisely the part where the film reaches its greatest complexity, becoming unstable, insightful and timeless, involving Lucy in situations of absolute horror that make her doubt even her own thoughts.
Since, eventually, she changes her emotional state, even changes her name, while she is influenced or led to bewilderment by a series of messages she receives on her phone, which she keeps secret with a certain secrecy.

La evolución de la película deja ver que Lucy es una profesional de la física cuántica, luego sospechosamente, la define como una consejera psicológica que aparentemente está a cargo a Jake. En tal sentido, una vez que arriban a la casa de los padres, las difíciles relaciones familiares, apuntan a que todos los miembros de la familia padecen algún tipo de trastorno mental.
Es justamente la parte donde el film alcanza su mayor complejidad tornándose inestable, perspicaz y atemporal, involucrando a Lucy en situaciones de absoluto horror que la hacen dudar, inclusive, de sus propios pensamientos.
Ya que, eventualmente cambia de estado emocional, inclusive, cambia de nombre, mientras es influenciada o inducida al desconcierto por una serie de mensajes que recibe en su teléfono los cuales mantiene en secreto con cierto hermetismo.

The internal environment of the house creates a vintage-style visual atmosphere with decorative elements such as: tapestries, mosaics, chandeliers, old-time furniture, porcelain figurines, antique objects, etc. that place us in a space-time that hardly matches.
The characters maintain extensive divariant dialogues and sometimes lacking in logic, inducing communication failure along with the total transformation of their minds, bodies and attitudes.
Meanwhile, in the external environment, a heavy snow falls that prolongs her stay in the house and prevents Lucy from fleeing from what has now become a threat against her and puts her in danger of death.

El ambiente interno de la casa crea una atmósfera visual al estilo vintage con elementos decorativos como: Tapices, mosaicos, candelabros, muebles de antaño, estatuillas de porcelana, objetos antiguos, etc. que nos ubican en un espacio-tiempo que poco concuerda. Los personajes sostienen diálogos extensos divariantes y en ocasiones carentes de lógica, induciendo el fracaso comunicacional a la par de la transformación total de sus mentes, cuerpos y actitudes. Entretanto, en el ambiente externo, cae una densa nevada que prolonga su estadía en la casa e impide a Lucy huir de lo que ahora se ha convertido en una amenaza en su contra y la pone en peligro de muerte.

Por su parte Jake parece confabular con sus padres, manteniendo a Lucy cautiva en espera de romper su fragilidad mental y llevarla hasta el fin de su plan macabro, el cual, consiste en doblegar su persona por medio de la tortura psicológica y el engaño, aunque, el caos que reina en la casa vislumbra un desenlace fatal. A estas alturas, la película parece dar un salto cronológico que afecta a los personajes mostrándolos envejecidos, con apariencia y roles distintos a los del inicio. Provocando el cuestionamiento de la realidad e influyendo drásticamente en toda la estructura el film.

Outcome
In my personal opinion, it is this part of the film, the segment to which we must pay special attention. Because after so much confusion and crazy events, finally, everything points to the facts coming from Jake's own retroactive thinking.
Letting us see that throughout the course of the film clues were offered that were putting together the plot of the characters, their nature and their real orientation.
Perhaps, it is one of those films that must be seen more than once to be able to understand them, since according to the fleeting nature of the events, the suspense and the construction of the facts, at times it keeps us clouded, without letting us see the parallelism.
But even so, according to the many nuances that the plot offers, also to the suspicious and intriguing dramatizations about unpredictable and abrasive characters, of course, I will leave it to you to draw your own conclusions.
Desenlace
Según mi criterio personal, es a esta parte de la película, el segmento al cual debemos prestar especial atención. Porque luego de tanta confusión y sucesos descabellados, finalmente, todo apunta a que los hechos provenían del pensamiento retroactivo del propio Jake.
Dejándonos ver que que durante todo el transcurso de la película se ofrecían pistas que iban armando la trama de los personajes, su naturaleza y su orientación real.
Tal vez, se trata de una de esas películas que se deben ver más de una vez para lograr entenderlas ya que de acuerdo a lo fugaz de los acontecimientos, al suspenso y a la construcción de los hechos, por momentos nos mantiene nublados, sin dejarnos ver el paralelismo.
Pero aun así, de acuerdo a los tantos matices que ofrece el argumento, también a las dramatizaciones sospechosas y cargadas de intriga sobre personajes impredecibles y abrasivos, por supuesto, dejaré que sea usted quién saque sus propias conclusiones.

I'm thinking for ending things is a film that deals with the personality problems that some individuals may face as a result of trauma or sentimental experiences that lead to failure, which can turn into severe problems that shake their self-esteem. and character, immersing them in difficult episodes to overcome.

Estoy Pensando En Terminar Las Cosas es de mis películas favoritas en general junto a La Naranja Mecánica, es un film bastante inteligente con un guión muy sólido y personajes muy marcados, la forma en que juega con tu mente es muy buena, además de los mensajes que da la película me llegaron bastante, es super lenta y te la pasarás leyendo o escuchando puro diálogo jajaja, pero no sé, tiene su carisma y me encanta.
Es cierto! Una película colmada de diálogos, cada uno con mensajes que contribuyen a descifrar un poco la trama, la cual a su vez, es compleja y abstracta. Saludos, gracias por evaluar mi post @angeru64
