RE: Dahmer stars Evan Peters as a gay cannibalistic serial killer and it is great

in Movies & TV Shows2 years ago

I liked Evan's performance, it is convincing, terrifying and it is disturbing because that attitude that nothing can bother Jeffrey, you can see it in the interview that was made to that murderer after being imprisoned; I was impressed because I had not seen anything, neither series, movie or documentary about Dahmer.

Many things apart from Evan's performance I liked, but I think the miniseries could have been shorter, focusing on the story of other victims and not showing only a brief part in a nightclub; I think Murphy focused on showing or giving more time to Glenda Cleveland who also became a victim of Dahmer and the system, but still, there were many things that could have been summarized.

As many movies/shows that have come out about Dahmer, this is the first one I’ve actually taken the time to watch. At least to me, it feels like the best option if somebody wishes to relive the terror that he brought to his community.

They could have chopped it down to about 8 episodes rather than 10. I noticed myself getting impatient in some of the later episodes when he was imprisoned.
