Greetings friends who love movies and TV series, I recently saw a movie after a long time, I have always loved love movies, and when it comes to romance and comedy even more, that's why I decided to watch this Netflix movie called "someone like him".
This movie came out this same year, and it's about a girl influencer, something very common nowadays in a world full of technology, this increase even more after the arrival of covid where young people were forced to spend much more time creating content related to different topics, so the movie deals with a current topic, social networks, followers and so on.
Saludos amigos amantes del cine y las series de televisión, hace poco vi una película después de mucho, desde siempre me han gustado muchísimo las películas de amor, y cuando se trata de romance y comedia más aun, por eso decidí ver esta película de Netflix llamada “alguien como él”.
Esta película salió este mismo año, y trata sobre una chica influencer, algo muy común actualmente en un mundo lleno de tecnología, esto incremento aun más después de la llegada del covid-19 donde los jóvenes se vieron obligados a pasar mucho más tiempo creando contenido relacionado con diferentes temas, así que la película trata un tema actual, redes sociales, seguidores y demás.
This girl named Padgett (Addison Rae) is quite famous in networks due to her beauty tips, as every influencer goes through life photographing and recording everything she does, by mistake she recorded a very personal moment in which due to her reaction, many people made fun of her and turned it into a viral meme, this made her lose many followers and also the sponsorship of an important company that helped her to cover household expenses and also save to study in college.
To regain followers and her sponsorship, she decides to make a bet with one of her "friends" where she must change the look of the worst dressed boy in school, so little by little and with effort she approaches him to gain his trust, and so goes the movie, it is a pretty young movie and although I am no longer a teenager I still liked it.
Esta chica llamada Padgett (Addison Rae) es bastante famosa en redes debido a sus consejos de belleza, como todo influencer va por la vida fotografiando y grabando todo lo que hace, por error grabo un momento muy personal en el que debido a su reacción, mucha gente se burló de ella y la convirtieron en un meme viral, esto hizo que perdiera muchos seguidores y también el patrocinio de una importante compañía que la ayudaba a cubrir los gastos de casa y también ahorrar para estudiar en la universidad.
Para recuperar seguidores y su patrocinio, decide hacer una apuesta con una de sus “amigas” donde debe cambiar de look al chico peor vestido de la escuela, así que poco a poco y con esfuerzo se acerca a él para ganarse su confianza, y así va transcurriendo la película, es una película bastante juvenil y aunque ya no soy adolescente igual me gustó.
It shows the importance of being ourselves all the time, in a world where in the networks people are shown as perfect beings, which is not real, being yourself is the best thing to do, because that way we will find really sincere people who want to be with us for what we really are, and not for our social status, money or even the amount of followers, and this will always be valuable because it is not something that is commonly seen today.
En ella se muestra la importancia de ser nosotros mismos todo el tiempo, en un mundo en donde en las redes las personas se muestran como seres perfectos, lo cual no es real, ser uno mismo es lo mejor que se puede hacer, porque de esa manera encontraremos gente realmente sincera que quiera estar con nosotros por lo que realmente somos, y no por nuestro estatus social, el dinero o incluso la cantidad de seguidores, y esto siempre será valioso pues no es algo que se vea comúnmente hoy en día.
We also learn that true love, will always be willing to forgive our stupidities as long as we really feel it and we never do it again, love can with many things and sometimes overlook certain mistakes is better than losing the other person forever, and this is something that we should apply in life, as long as they are not too serious mistakes, because after all we are all imperfect and we ourselves also make mistakes, we want them to be forgiven.
In conclusion I thought it was a very good movie adapted in its totality to the time in which we live, I liked it and I had a good time watching it.
Aprendemos tambien que el amor verdadero, siempre estara dispuesto a perdonar nuestras estupideces siempre y cuando de verdad lo sintamos realmente y no lo volvamos a hacer nunca mas, el amor puede con muchas cosas y en oasiones pasar por alto ciertos errores es mejor que perder a la otra persona para siempre, y esto es algo que deberiamos aplicar en la vida, siempre y cuando no sean errores demasiado graves, porque al fin al cabo todos somos imperfectos y nosotros mismos tambien cometeremos errores, que queremos que sean perdonados.
En conclusion me pareció una muy buena pelicula adaptada en su totalidad a la epoca en que vivimos, me gustó y pase un buen rato viendola.
Hace unos días otro usuario reseño esta película, no creo que yo la vea, por los momentos paso,la chica es una influencer en la vida real, yo no lo sabia, desconozco quienes son los famosos de redes sociales. Pero al parecer, es un film divertido para pasar un buen rato.
