Un saludo cordial a toda la comunidad cinéfila el día de hoy quiero compartir con todos ustedes y quienes me leen siempre una pequeña reseña de un pedazo de película que tuve la oportunidad de ver el día de ayer. Quede encantado la verdad no entiendo como no estuvo en mi radar y es una lástima no haberme topado con ella hace tiempo. Durante 20 años tuve la oportunidad de vivir en un lugar rodeado de naturaleza donde la soledad y la paz eran eternas donde compartí con mi pequeña familia momentos únicos y que sin duda dejaron valores inquebrantables en mi como persona.
Cuando vives alejado del ruido de la ciudad de ese caos que no puedes evitar es cuando puedes toparse con tu yo interior es algo difícil de explicar, pero que hace de ti una persona sensible al espacio, a la intimidad y plena tranquilidad que puedes escuchar como el viento pasa frente a ti. Mientras observaba la película recordé inmediatamente mi hogar y no porque hubiera pasado por las mismas situaciones, para nada mi realidad está muy alejada de lo que se ve en la película lo único que tiene un parecido es el vivir lejos del pueblo y poder convivir de manera constante con otras personas.
🎬 HUMANS ARE SOCIAL BEINGS WE LIKE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY PEOPLE DIFFERENT OR SIMILAR TO US, BUT SOME OTHERS DECIDE TO GIVE THEMSELVES A SPACE AND SEE THE WORLD IN TOTAL INTIMACY.
A cordial greeting to all the Cinephiles community today I want to share with all of you and those who always read me a small review of a piece of film that I had the opportunity to see yesterday. I was delighted, I really don't understand how it wasn't on my radar and it's a shame I didn't come across it a long time ago. For 20 years I had the opportunity to live in a place surrounded by nature where solitude and peace were eternal and where I shared with my little family unique moments that undoubtedly left unbreakable values in me as a person.
When you live away from the noise of the city of that chaos that you can not avoid is when you can run into your inner self is something difficult to explain, but that makes you a person sensitive to space, intimacy and full tranquility that you can hear as the wind passes in front of you. While watching the movie I immediately remembered my home and not because I had gone through the same situations, not at all my reality is very far from what you see in the movie, the only thing that has a resemblance is living far away from the town and being able to live constantly with other people.
La vida es un campo de batalla y en ocasiones deseamos vivir lejos de la zona de guerra donde tengamos la oportunidad de ser arropados por el viento helado o cálido de las montañas y dejar que nuestra imaginación sea nuestra fe ciega en el mundo y el conocimiento de un libro nuestro maestro y guía.

🎬 ¿DE QUÉ TRATA LA PELÍCULA?
¡TE LO CUENTO RÁPIDO Y SIN SPOILERS, POR SI AÚN NO LA HAS VISTO!
Una película del año 2016 del género Drama/Comedia dramática con una duración de 1h 58m bajo la dirección de (Matt Ross) una historia donde los valores y la fe están sujetas a un estilo de vida totalmente distinto al del resto de la sociedad que nos llevarán de la mano junto a una familia que vive cada día como si fuera el ultimo, pero en proceso aprenden de ello y dejan de lado lo superficial, material y falsos estereotipos para abrir sus brazos a lo que realmente tiene valor.
En este viaje conoceremos a Ben (Viggo Mortensen) un hombre orgulloso y algo testarudo que junto a sus hijos viven en el bosque alejados de la ciudad y su constante estrés y ritmo acelerado. Donde no existen límites para el conocimiento y barreras que lo hagan conocer el mundo a través de un libro o historia. Un día se toparon con la triste noticia de que un familiar ha muerto y deben dejar el lugar donde viven para despedirse y pasar la página de una nueva vida.

A 2016 film of the genre Drama/Comedy Drama with a duration of 1h 58m under the direction of (Matt Ross) a story where values and faith are subject to a lifestyle totally different from the rest of society that will take us by the hand along with a family that lives every day as if it were the last, but in the process they learn from it and leave aside the superficial, material and false stereotypes to open their arms to what really has value.
In this journey we will meet Ben (Viggo Mortensen) a proud and somewhat stubborn man who with his children live in the forest away from the city and its constant stress and fast pace. Where there are no limits to knowledge and barriers that make him know the world through a book or story. One day they come across the sad news that a relative has died and they must leave the place where they live to say goodbye and turn the page of a new life.
Salir de su zona de confort no será nada fácil y es que toda su vida han vivido lejos de lo que llamamos civilización del contacto constante con otras personas y al mismo tiempo con las emociones que eso trae consigo. Dar ese paso no será del todo fácil y mostrarse abiertos a nuevas aventuras y formas de ver las cosas como nunca antes será su prueba de fuego.
¿Serias capaz de vivir alejado de la sociedad?, ¿Cazarías tu propia comida? Y donde el conocimiento será como un placer culposo donde el límite lo pondrá el cielo que cubre tu cabeza.

🎬 Getting out of their comfort zone will not be easy, because all their lives they have lived far from what we call civilization, away from the constant contact with other people and the emotions that this brings with it. Taking that step will not be easy and being open to new adventures and ways of seeing things as never before will be their litmus test.
Would you be able to live away from society, would you hunt your own food, and where knowledge will be like a guilty pleasure where the limit will be set by the sky above your head?

🎬 MI OPINIÓN LIBRE DE SPOILERS
Capitán Fantástico es un viaje hermoso donde los principios, valores y lealtad juegan un papel importante dentro del núcleo familiar y como podemos trazar nuestro futuro usando nuestras manos para construir una vida, presente y futuro de la misma forma que otras personas, pero de una forma distinta, sin herramientas que nos hagan la vida un poco más fácil y sin la necesidad de una fórmula o guía exacta para llegar al mismo resultado. Siempre me topo con este tipo de películas que dejan un fuerte mensaje y que de algún modo juegan con sus reglas sin la necesidad de caer en lo radical, antisistema o lo que algunos podríamos llamar contra la corriente.
Desde luego parte desde su independencia y bajo sus principios y no intenta mostrar algo diferente, pero sí deja claro sus intenciones y una esencia única lo cual le permite al espectador entender dónde estamos parados y que tenemos al frente dejando ese espacio para crear una opinión personal ya que cada uno de nosotros ve la vida diferente. Hacer de esto una película donde las situaciones de un día normal como ir por la comida, salir hacer ejercicio y hasta estudiar sean realizadas de una forma diferente con una visión y misión nada común a la del resto de las personas o sociedad.
No digo que no hayamos visto antes este tipo de películas ya que sería caer en un gran error, pero dentro de la trama toca aspectos tanto sociales como personales dentro de la familia como fue de ella. Aquí es donde realmente disfrute de la trama viendo cómo cada personaje defendía a capa y espada sus ideales y atravesaban una serie de momentos que hacían que su realidad chocará con la del resto, pero sin quitarle la esencia de lo que realmente significa ser diferente. Pensar en esta película como un claro ejemplo de que si se quiere se puede es posible, pero también es importante tener en cuenta que todo en la vida lleva un proceso y que no podemos vernos limitados solo por no estar en las mismas situaciones y oportunidades de los demás sin dejar de lado que el mundo es un lugar para ser descubierto y no negarnos a esa oportunidad es clave en nuestro largo camino.
🎬 MY SPOILER FREE OPINION
Captain Fantastic is a beautiful journey where principles, values and loyalty play an important role within the nuclear family and how we can chart our future using our hands to build a life, present and future in the same way as other people, but in a different way, without tools to make our life a little easier and without the need of an exact formula or guide to reach the same result. I always come across these types of films that leave a strong message and that somehow play by their rules without the need to fall into the radical, anti-system or what some might call against the current.
Of course it starts from its independence and under its principles and does not try to show something different, but it does make clear its intentions and a unique essence which allows the viewer to understand where we stand and what we have in front of us leaving that space to create a personal opinion as each of us sees life differently. To make this a film where the situations of a normal day like getting groceries, going out, exercising and even studying are done in a different way with a vision and mission not at all common to the rest of the people or society.
I'm not saying that we haven't seen this kind of movies before because it would be a big mistake, but within the plot it touches on both social and personal aspects within the family as well as outside of it. This is where I really enjoyed the plot seeing how each character defended their ideals to the hilt and went through a series of moments that made their reality collide with the rest, but without taking away the essence of what it really means to be different. Think of this film as a clear example that if you want to you can, it is possible, but it is also important to keep in mind that everything in life takes a process and that we cannot see ourselves limited just because we are not in the same situations and opportunities as others without forgetting that the world is a place to be discovered and not denying ourselves that opportunity is key in our long journey.
🥃🎬 ACTORES Y SUS PERSONAJES
El personaje de Bob interpretado por (George MacKay) desde mi opinión personal es el que lleva sobre sus hombros una presión, conflicto, caos existencial y una lucha constante con el hombre que desea ser y el que su padre espera que sea. Ver como este personaje se desarrollaba bajo sus principios, pero también sobre lo que su padre le había enseñado era una constante guerra emocional viendo como la vida de un joven puede ser maravilloso, pero también llena de obstáculos puestas de manera inocente y sin ninguna intención de herir o perjudicar, pero que de cierto modo no deja que habla sus alas y conozca el mundo como realmente lo es y las oportunidades que él mismo le puede brindar dependiendo del camino que escoja.
Por otro lado tenemos al personaje de Rellian (Nicholas Hamilton) quien ve el mundo desde otra perspectiva y siente que su padre no desea ver el mundo que lo rodea fuera de su pensamiento y cae en discusión con lo que él piensa que es normal o como debería ser una familia desde la mirada de un niño que sueña, siente, piensa como niño y espera que su vida sea lo más normal. Este personaje es quien coloca sobre la mesa las dudas de como la dación de terceros puede afectar el presente y futuro de los demás y que no importa lo bien o mal que sea este en ese momento en sus vidas de igual forma trae consecuencias igual de positivas como negativas.
Quien no podemos dejar por fuera es el personaje interpretado por (Viggo Mortensen) Ben un hombre apasionado por las cosas simples de la vida entregado a un pensamiento de independencia, lucha personal y donde las reglas no deben definir quienes somos sino cómo enfrentemos al mundo desde nuestra trinchera. Mantiene sus principios, valores sobre lo que los demás puedan pensar y defiende su posición, opinión y forma de ver el mundo sobre la de los demás en una constante lucha por dejar claro que la vida se puede ver desde cualquier ángulo.
Cada cabeza es un mundo y cada personaje entiende el lugar dónde se encuentra ya pesar de tener claro lo que desean y que la raíz principal es la familia saben que pueden ir más lejos sin dejar de lado todo lo que aprendido solo lo hacen parte de ellos para continuar y no dejar pasar esa única oportunidad que le ofrece la vida.
🥃🎬 ¿LA RECOMIENDO?
Las películas siempre generarán en el espectador emociones distintas, dejarán un mensaje una mirada al mundo como antes no fue vista o por lo menos distinta a como la podemos ver a nivel personal. El drama y la comedia si son bien trabajados dejan un buen sabor de boca y si eres de aquellos cinéfilos que aman una buena historia donde la lealtad a los principios y valores tiene tanta fuerza como cualquier otra historia de seguro que esta película te gustara.
Échale un vistazo con la mente abierta ponte un momento en los zapatos de cada uno de sus personajes ve el lado bueno como el lado malo de esta historia, hasta preguntas de qué harías en cualquiera de estas situaciones y si tu forma de ver la vida como a conoces pueden cambiar sin dejar de lado tu esencia como persona.
🎬 ACTORS AND THEIR CHARACTERS.
- The character of Bob played by (George MacKay) from my personal opinion is the one who carries on his shoulders a pressure, conflict, existential chaos and a constant struggle with the man he wants to be and the one his father expects him to be. Seeing how this character developed under his principles, but also on what his father had taught him was a constant emotional war seeing how the life of a young man can be wonderful, but also full of obstacles placed innocently and without any intention to hurt or harm, but that somehow does not let him speak his wings and know the world as it really is and the opportunities that he himself can give him depending on the path he chooses.
- On the other hand we have the character of Rellian (Nicholas Hamilton) who sees the world from another perspective and feels that his father does not want to see the world around him outside of his thinking and falls into discussion with what he thinks is normal or how a family should be from the eyes of a child who dreams, feels, thinks like a child and hopes that his life is as normal as possible. This character is the one who puts on the table the doubts of how the giving of third parties can affect the present and future of others and that no matter how good or bad it is at that moment in their lives in the same way brings consequences equally positive and negative.
- Who we can not leave out is the character played by (Viggo Mortensen) Ben a man passionate about the simple things in life delivered to a thought of independence, personal struggle and where the rules should not define who we are but how we face the world from our trench. He maintains his principles and values over what others may think and defends his position, opinion and way of seeing the world over that of others in a constant struggle to make it clear that life can be seen from any angle.
Each head is a world and each character understands the place where it is and despite having clear what they want and that the main root is the family know that they can go further without leaving aside everything they learned just make it part of them to continue and not miss this unique opportunity offered by life.
DO I RECOMMEND IT?
Movies will always generate different emotions in the viewer, they will leave a message, a look at the world as it was not seen before or at least different from how we can see it on a personal level. The drama and comedy if they are well worked leave a good taste in your mouth and if you are one of those moviegoers who love a good story where loyalty to principles and values has as much strength as any other story you will like this movie for sure.
Take a look at it with an open mind, put yourself for a moment in the shoes of each of its characters, see the good side as well as the bad side of this story, even ask yourself what you would do in any of these situations and if your way of seeing life as you know it can change without leaving aside your essence as a person.

Poco desarrollo de sus personajes, dejando a la imaginación algunas cosas, permitiendo que la trama pueda ir hacia cualquier dirección de forma positiva o negativa.
Algunas escenas son repetitivas y algo predecibles y esto lo menciono ya que la trama es muy buena, pero no escapa de lo cliché.

Una trama sólida compuesta por diálogos bien desarrollados, un ritmo constante, situaciones que generan interés, no pierde su esencia.
El mensaje es sólido, motivador, rompe paradigmas en la sociedad y deja un pensamiento filosófico de vida que puede ser bien aprovechado por cualquier persona.

Una película que vería por su conmovedor mensaje, así como por la magnífica interpretación de Vigo Mortensen. Me parecen interesantes los temas tratados en la misma:los métodos de crianza no convencionales, la unidad familiar, la superación del duelo. De seguro , que será una película para la reflexión y para la diversión, dada su carga de comicidad. Me encantaría verla. Buena reseña.

As usual you have delivered a beautiful review here. This movie sounds like a really immersive one that tends to put you in the shoes of the characters so you can see things the way they do. In a world where everyone has been shaped by their values and experiences, it is important that we learn to be open-minded sometimes. The concept of change, especially an abrupt one, is very scary but is also very necessary and inevitable. A movie like this, with a strong plot like you described and a strong message, sounds like something very entertaining. Plus the fact that it has some comedy in it makes it sound really awesome.

Justamente hoy compartí un reseña y en ella manifestaba mis gusto por aquellas series y películas que, más allá de entretener y ser divertidas, te dejan un mensaje bonito, motivador o incluso reflexivo y, ¡mira qué coincidencia! Me terminé topando con esta reseña de una película que, al parecer, posee ese tipo de mensajes que me gustan.

Joder esta película es vieja de pana nunca paso por mi radar y sin duda es genial como abordan el tema de ser diferente a los demás en todos los sentidos y en como nos cerramos a nuevas oportunidades ya que no dejamos de lado lo que creemos y chocamos con otras realidades que al final no nos hace diferentes, pero si nos alejan de cierto modo.

Este tipo de pelicula explica un fenómeno social, nunca se está solo o distante de la sociedad, porque perteneces a una población y en algún momento debes hacer un giro para retornar a la selva de concreto (tecnología primitiva hasta la actualizada). Un tema que lleva a reflexionar sobre valores que mencionas, me imagino familiar y tienes razón lo hemos visto en varias películas. Hay un punto fuerte es aprender a buscar el equilibrio entre el capitalismo "salvaje", el contacto con el mundo interior y la naturaleza para no ser borregos, ni tampoco vivir en una burbuja de cristal. No sé si estoy perdida, pero recuerdo al filósofo Platón hablaba de la necesidad de la introspección y creo que protagonista toma esa decisión desde lo social, psicológico y emocional.

Holaaa @amandaj un honor tenerte por aquí mi querida amiga. Sabes la película toca varios aspectos sobre el Capitalismo, la filosofía y como nos comparamos ante la sociedad que puede opinar, criticar, desarrollar ideas, ver las cosas diferente y como uno como persona de modo individual puede opinar totalmente distinto cuando no existe por así llamarlo esa presión social y es cuando entendemos que existen dos caminos y uno es el que debemos tomar siendo responsables por ello y entender que no somos los únicos con conocimiento y voz.
Me encanto la historia por esa razón ya que no tema en mostrar lo que piensan sus personajes y aunque se va de frente contra la pared logra dejar esa idea en tu cabeza y es donde debates con tu yo interno.
