It's Spring here.
New life, a new start. As I woke up it was grey and looked as if it could start raining any minute. Not true. The sun shines and the window is open. Hopefully some fresh air will stop my sneezing and give me some air.
Early in the morning I dreamed I came back and was ignored. It made me angry and I asked her why she didn't answer. She tried to walk away from me and I asked her to at least answer me, she kept avoiding me and I told her to leave. At that moment I saw her closer, her posture and face. Apparently, I spoke to the first housekeeper we had. Ellie, I believe Ellie Reinders or Reijnders was her name. She stayed for several years with us till the moment she left because she said she got married.
In reality, she did not but used it for an excuse to get away from us, the family that scared her and most of all my mother. Unfortunately, my mother found out about her lie. If Ellie is still alive she would be 70-80 years old now. It's hard to tell if she influenced my life in any way or would have if she stayed a few years longer.
In life we make choices. Some seem to be good and do not work out well, others are scary but once looking back it's the best thing you could have done to you. Ellie left and so did I only a few years later. It's still the best thing I did for me.

Hello, @wakeupkitty I know what you mean about something happening and you think it is the worse thing that could happen and it turns out to be the best thing ever. It sounds like you are still battling allergies, I am wishing relief for you.
Yes, I am still struggling and it won't pass till it's winter again I am afraid. Certain polls are there even in winter so this is fun life for me. 🥴
How are your daughter and grandchild doing?

My daughter is better and my granddaughter is still sick but her breathing has improved and she says she feels a little better, I think she is on the road to recovery. My state is talking about opening everything back up, I think it is a big mistake. cases are still climbing in my area.
Tonight the government here decided:
From May 11 on children till 12 years old go back to school and can sport together.
Elderly people (70+) not living in a nursery home (we do not have an elderly home since 20 years) are allowed to have 1-2 visitors.
Day care starts again too.
Bars/Restauranst remain closed.
No festivities, sport matches etc till Sept. 1st.
University stays closed. High schools perhaps start in June again.
Dentist can go back at work.
I think it's too early too but they say children can hardly get or pass it (and that is why they are not allowed to hug grandpa and grandma???).
If I read all the rules it doesn't make sense and I have strong doubts about it.
We have the app now. It's more like filling out a long list of questions and symptoms and the app tells you if you have Covid19 and if someone calls you within 24 hours.
I agree with you it's too early.
I wonder about your granddaughter. Did she had a test?
I really hope she feels better soon. 💕
My granddaughter is feeling better not 100% but better than she was, it is over 2 weeks that she has been sick. they tested her but said she does not have it. My daughter that is a nurse says she does have it and the test is a false positive she says they are seeing a lot of that.
Schools here will stay closed until next school year, all kids are being home schooled by computer with their teacher.

Schools open as a test (till the age of 12) from May 11 on.
The rest is homeschooling but summer vacation starts anyway. It depends on where you live (three regions North - Middle - South) and when they are over.
There are different coronaviruses in Covid19 so I doubt one test will proof it.

Here there will be no school until fall. Now they are saying if you get the virus you can spread it to your pets.

It's amazing how people shape our lives by their presence, it's hard to tell at the time, and it's hard to tell looking back.
This is a good way of looking at it, it can't have been easy at the time, but i'm glad it lead you here <3 I need to bear this in mind more, scary doesn't mean its not the best thing for me.

In this case, there's no question but a theme. If you write about it the entry is valid. No one will judge what you write or you.
My decisions meant hell for 15 years and after that bad times and it will continue till I die. Some people give their life to break you. I gave my life and made many sacrifices to break with them and till today I have happy each day I did it.
Choosing for me is what counts most for me.
I do not need anyone to make me unhappy.
I can decide for myself, no keeping up appearances.
Ask yourself what the worst is that can happen to you. It's what I did and believe me no matter all those things that happened to me it never was that bad (plus help comes from unexpected ways).
