The use that will be made of the HBD collected from the Premium accounts, plus the smart contracts, seems great to me. It makes the system self-sustainable and would even allow later on to finance other projects within the same platform.

This must be very good, I think that a platform that finances itself is an excellent option and of course this will imply as you say that this money can be used to finance improvements and other projects, I think it's great.
