What Is BroFi?
BroFi is possibly the best delegation rewards pool HIVE has ever seen.
To passively earn BRO token participants are able to delegate their unused Hive-Engine tokens to the @brofi account. BroFi currently supports 9 different pools [LEO, HIVE, PAL, NEOXAG, STEM, LOTUS, CCC, CTP, WEED]. Delegate any of these tokens and you will start earning BRO token daily.
BRO Token acts similar to a governance token, as holding BRO allows you to vote on which token pool receives the most rewards from the reward pool.
The 8 token pools mentioned above are ranked 1-8 by BRO holder weighted vote. The higher the position the greater portion of the rewards pool is distributed to delegators of that particular token pool.
BRO holders are able to vote on a maximum of 3 token pools to receive a weighted vote proportionate to their BRO stake. Voting is done through an easy to use Discord bot with the ManCave Discord server.
Manual Curation
BroFi puts your delegated tokens to work through curation efforts within the various HIVE tribes. The funds earned through BroFi curation are then used to buy back BRO off the market and top up the delegation reward pool!
While you're being rewarded in BRO and other H-E tokens BroFi is hard at work in the background increasing the value of BRO through the buy back mechanism. Winning!
Why You Want To Earn BRO?
BRO is a dividends token, by simply holding it in your wallet you will earn a variety of Hive-Engine tokens daily including LEO, PAL, NEOXAG, WEED, STEM and others.
BRO APR% is generally in the area of 25% give or take, which is obviously an excellent return on your investment!

I am pretty excited about this. I delegated a ton of my secondary tokens to BRO the other day. It looks like I picked all the ones that have very low value, so I don't think I am earning as much BRO as I thought I would be. Every little bit counts I guess!

Hey Bozz, It's likely that the total value of pools changes as more participants enter BroFi over tie right.. Right now the pools by value are LEO>HIVE>CTP>NEOXAG>PAL>STEM>WEED>LOTUS>CCC
I think PAL could potentially challenge NEOXAG, and both of those could overtake CTP if the participation is there. Larger distribution of tokens, and larger communities. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Very interesting. I know for sure that I dumped some into the PAL pool I think. I can't remember the other ones. I think I have all of my NEOXAG staked in the tribaldex pools.

Pretty amazing stuff. I have started to delegate all supported tokens that I have staked (except for LEO and HIVE) to BroFi. Now I will look closer and BRO and see what my next moves are. Seems like I am late to the party (again) but not too late. Holding a token to earn tribe tokens is cool. Delegating tribe tokens to earn that holding token - like you wrote, full circle!
I don't quite get where the value is coming from. Is BroFi selling off the earned curation rewards from the tribe tokens? That would be rather bad, creating a growing selling pressure on them.

Yes BroFi sells off it's curation earning and buys BRO off the market so it is selling pressure on those tribe markets. For this reason it might not work with every HE token as it does require a degree of liquidity for that token. If there's too much pressure on a token then the pool can be adjusted down in the pool ranks, which would remove some of the pressure.

One tiny correction, we don't burn the bought BRO, it goes back into the reward pool. However at some point, after it stabilizes we will add in a burn % for the buyback.

I have delegated some of my Hive 2nd layer token ! 50% of the curation rewards to BRO HODLers and the rest to the bro account or to delegators?

Just to be clear there are two different sets of curation happening.
1st is BroFund related which helps feed the BRO token divs, that was originally 50% of curation to BRO holders (possible its been adjusted since).
2nd is the curation from the BroFi pools with the delegated H-E tokens, those curation rewards are different and are used to buy back BRO off the market and top up the BRO rewards pool that feeds the H-E delegators BRO.

This is really the way to do it on Hive! I like how they are running it for sure with the different pools. On @hivelist and @hivehustlers I only have it set up for delegating Hive... This is a cool way to do it for sure! I have delegated WEED, CTP, LEO, and HIVE!

Then once you start earning BRO you can sell it for HIVE or keep it and watch your divs start to come in from all the tokens that BRO holder receive divs from.. ARCHON, SIM, BEE, STEM, WEED, LEO, PAL, and NEOXAG
