Even as a Muslim, our sources don't say they're the ones who built them for sure, just that they were there at the time of Prophets.
I wouldn't deny it if I was told they were made by non-humans.

Despite Egypt being a Muslim nation 2day, both people & gov't take immense pride in the pyramids & sphinx left behind by their non-Muslim builders. A touchier topic is the subject of why they were built. What we've been told may not B true.
Yeah we really don't know, though I like listening to theories, even the crazier ones.
I think one of the alternative theories (whether mildly crazy or totally crazy) will be proven true one day.
Then there are theories concerning the age of the structures. The alignment of these structures isn't like that for others.
