The Fisherman’s Bastion offers some of the best panoramic views of Budapest from its location near the Buda Castle. Built in 1902, this stunning monument features seven towers representing the seven Magyar tribes that settled in the Carpathian Basin. Adjacent to the bastion is the Matthias Church, renowned for its stunning architecture and historical significance as a coronation site of Hungarian kings.
