As the last day wraps up, the director, fully immersed in pulling together every piece of the production puzzle, faces what seems like insurmountable odds. Having painstakingly written the script, assembled the cast and crew, raised funds, and directed several scenes, he senses an urgency in the air. A final, critical shot is all that stands between them and completion. However, he's worried—when things can go wrong, they tend to, especially in independent filmmaking.
