The news of Jesus’s death was announced by his sister, Griz Gero, on February 22. She communicated the devastating news with a heavy heart and expressed that Jesus was much more than a stylist; he was a son, brother, uncle, artist, and friend. The family mentioned that his passing was sudden and took everyone by surprise, calling it an unfathomable loss for those who knew him.
Griz also shared that the family was currently handling personal belongings and making arrangements to bring Jesus home to Houston. To support the family during this difficult time, a GoFundMe page was established.
