Networks affected include the Disney Channel, National Geographic, Star Channel, and FX. Disney is clearly pushing its audience towards its streaming service, Disney Plus, which has become the central hub for its content.
The question on everyone’s mind is whether this strategy will roll out to the United States. Observers feel it's a matter of "when" rather than "if". Although immediate implementation may not occur, this shift aligns with a broader trend where traditional cable networks are no longer seen as profitable.
