Setting overly ambitious goals can often be demoralizing, as it creates a disconnect between where you are now and where you aspire to be. Instead, focus on incremental achievements that lead you toward your larger dreams. This process, known as "chunking," allows you to celebrate small victories along the way, building motivation and confidence.
