Despite the ambitions of television, Walt’s entrepreneurial spirit soared toward a more substantial project—Disneyland. Inspired by his backyard railroad’s success, Walt envisioned a theme park that would encapsulate the magic of his animated stories and create a world where guests could immerse themselves in Disney’s creativity. On the other hand, Roy Disney, Walt's brother and business partner, harbored reservations about this project. He feared that creating a separate company to oversee Disneyland would blur the lines between the studios’ finances and Walt Disney Inc.
